    That would be mrlaughingman. ...and yeah he did leave for a bit and then after he returned, he asked to be banned. It is going on 5 years for me...LOL...I'm as old as dirt here!

    I miss Cav and Underdude--they made the place more interesting, even if they did go a bit overboard at times. There is so little activity here, at times I am afraid the place will just shut down.

    LOL--it's good to know you still have got the crazy! I've been hanging in the background for a while here--I need to get back in the swing of things. I miss my zombie fix! As for cats, I can't smell 'em, but I hear their pawsteps outside my door. :)

    That's about my height and my experience has been pretty much the same. People forget that UFC is still a spectator sport, so even grappling matches turn into a stamina battle because it's supposed to last enough time to be entertaining. Actual self defense should take seconds, not rounds measured in minutes.

    That's interesting, I don't really know much about kempo. I had thought it was mostly about striking techniques with some throws in for good measure. I figured you got experience, everyone else so far thinks grappling is very hard or needs you to be all pumped muscle.
