As for your five:

If you're a doctor or nurse, you may be too close for comfort.
2. Concert - Loud music, and a few small exits. If this thing spreads like in 28 Weeks, they'll be practically breathing down your neck in no time.
3. Subway Train - A bit better than a concert. If it starts in your car, then you're likely screwed. There are more exits, and a sudden stop of the train would put the zombies on the floor. Though you'll be on the floor too, you'd have more brains and coordination to get up and get out.
4. Stadium - They're huge, with large exits. Sure there are more people, but you can see more of them, unlike in a concert where people are watching a band. At a stadium, there's also cameras, so if something is going on in some part of the stadium, the cameras will focus on that, and you'd know the SHtF. Also, if everybody is running towards the stadium exits, you might consider jumping onto the field. There are also exits down there.
There is no #5 because a cinema may not be bad. It is similar to a concert, but with a couple major differences. It may not be as packed, so getting to an exit isn't as troublesome. It's quiet except for the movie, so if a zombie enters, you're much more likely to know compared to any concert.

Now that you mention it, a cinema probably would not be so bad unless of course you are watching a zombie movie while being attacked by zombies!!
Those places you mentioned would definitely be up there in the worst places to be during an apocalypse, no doubt about that. The Jail cell would be psychologically horrifying especially if zombies get into Police Station and are swarming around your cell for hours or days. Would drive you insane, I think. Horrible!!
So Vorpal, where would you say is the worst possible place to be during an attack? What's your number 1?
For me, not a sub because the average person wouldn't be anywhere near one in a zombie apocalypse. A plane? Yes, A plane would probably be the worst and most horrific of them all but then again it depends on how quickly the virus spreads. 28 days later type would make a plane scenario certain death. Slower zombies and slower infection rate would make it survivable.
So I'm going with the Concert scenario as the worst possible place. A panicking crowd would cause hundreds of deaths and if the virus is like that in ThE Walking Dead series then those bodies would become zombies too, plus not knowing where the danger is, just seeing a sea of paniked faces and being assaulted by the screaming. Awful.
