How would you treat this guy in the Zombie Apocalypse? First off, if you see this guy around during the Zombie Apocalypse -- create some distance.
(VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED)

I don't think anyone would take a chances in the Zombie Apocalypse like this -- but with people like him around, there's just no way of truly knowing that.
But back to the main question:
- How would you treat this guy if there were no hospitals or medical clinics available for treatment?
- What is the bare minimum required to treat an injury such as this?

Immediately cover the wound top and bottom with a dressing(s). Either 2x Field Dressings, 2x Compression dressings (aka Israeli Dressings), or Medical Sponge/Gauze material and wrap with Medical Gauze.
Back at your shelter boil some water to sterilize it and let it cool. When it has cooled off, remove the dressing(s) and rinse the wound to remove the debris (do it gently). Apply triple antibiotic cream around the outside of the wound (not in) and apply new dressing(s). Watch the wound for swelling, redness, or black streaks going up the arm from the wound. Let the wound finish cleansing itself by bleeding into the dressing. After 3-4 days carefully remove the dressing and suture the wound top and bottom. Before applying new dressings apply some more triple antibiotic cream around the wound and over the sutures. Continue watching the would for the already mentioned signs of infection. After the wound is healed up you can remove the sutures.
I am not a medical professional, this is what I have gotten in my First Aid training and self-study over the years. Hopefully an actual medic or doc will reply to this with the correct steps for in a survival situation.

Wait a minute, I've seen this guy before. He's some street magician, also does videos on youtube about how to scam people. Weird stuff.
Seeing as my medical knowledge is nearly non-existant, all you could really expect me to do is wrap it up and, well, hope for the best by keeping it clean. Of course, this would probably end up with him at best losing a hand, or at worst, dying.

I'd treat him with a bullet to the head...
(Although, I think it might be fake. This is Brian Brushwood, he's a kickass stage magician and things usually aren't what they appear with him.)
