I bought it and had a chance to play it. Reviewers don't lie, you need a big table for this game. It was pretty fun though. It seems the more players you have, the more fun it would be. It takes a bit to get used to all the rules. It's almost a tabletop strategy game like Warhammer, heh.

Definitely a must-have for a zombie fan. I almost didn't want to open it. Seems like it would be worth a nice chunk of change some day. But probably not. I might snatch the first edition and shelf it, just in case. ;-)

A couple of weeks back one of my mates brough the Zombies!!! base game around for us to have a game. Admittedly I wasn't too sure what to make of it at first, and with him having to get up and leave unexprectedly just as the game was getting started we weren't sure whether or not to continue. Well we did and we loved it. We loved it so much that we went out and bough Zombies!!! 8: Jailbreak to add to the base game. Ok so we didn't quite think what would happen when he decided to take the base Zombies!!! set back, but well cross that bridge when we come to it.

I don't know if anyone else has found this, but we felt like the Twilight Creations own website was a bit lacking on info on each set and wasn't that east to get around. We found this site which seemed to do the trick Insurgency Gaming

Hello again, folks! Just a quick update on the "Zombies!!!" video game. First, the game was released on 12 January in the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace and is currently at #5 in the Paid App Charts! just got this game a week ago. I love it so far, but I'm confused about something. What is considered an item card? Would the Car (move 10 spaces) be considered an item card or just weapons such as the skateboard/shotgun?

I just taught my 4 year old how to play. We didn't play with the draw cards but we had a great time running around the city shooting zeds. He used one of his plastic molded army guys as a figure. He made it to the helicopter before me too. Left me behind in a dead city.

I just heard about this game today, so I am a little overwhelmed as to where to start.

Is this like a DnD kind of game?

Get the core set first, it's easy and straight forward. Then you can get the expansion sets, some can be played together with the core or as separate scenarios.

Sounds like it might be an expensive board game to get into, with expansion packs to buy and all, but we might have to give it a try. My wife and I are suckers for a good board game. Unfortunately, it seems that most board games are underappreciated by the general public in this day and age of all kinds of video games to compete with! Nothing against video games either as I own a few of them myself.
