Hey, been a member here for a while just never really posted anything, generally everything I have to say has already been said by the time I get to the post so no need :)

Just thought I would introduce myself since I have now made a post.

I'm Icarus, nice to meet you all, I'm from Ireland have a background in biochemistry and am on my way to becoming a professional pilot.

Like most of you I don't really believe that a zombie apocalypse will happen, though I wish it would, but if you are ready for a zombie apocalypse you are ready for just about any kind of disaster natural or otherwise. Zombies pretty much cover all your bases as far as disasters go.
Just like anything, you prepare for and train for the worst, and besides zombies are just cooler and more dynamic to think about as far as survival goes. So even though it won't happen, preparing for it by training physically and learning new skills is never going to be a bad thing. So that's me and where my head's at as far as zombies go.

Favourite zombie thing would be the book "World War Z" Which I am sure most of you have already read. If not you definitely should.

Anyway that's me, pleased to be here :)
