This is more of a thriller type film but has some horror elements to it.

I saw the Devil came out in 2010 from director Jee woon Kim and is an asian film about a serial killer(played by the lead actor from the asian film Oldboy) who ends up killing the pregnant financee of a FBI stype asian special agent and she is the daughter of the police chief. Her financee goes after the killer and catches him and tortures him and releases him and does over and over again. This film has some good gore in it and kinda has Silence of the Lambs type feel to it.

Here's a trailer for it:

The scene below is a brutal awesome cab fight stabbing scene where the killer tears these 2 thugs up lol:

Choi Min-sik is back?!!? I have to check out this film, the trailer looks fantastic but then because Choi Min-sik and Lee Byung-hun (who was in 'a bittersweet life') are in it I went into complete fangirl mode, nearly squealed.

I've seen this on Netflix instant viewing a few months ago and it is definitely beyond good.

I haven't seen a amazing film like this in a long long time. It's one of my top five movies of all time.

I think you will like this film. If you liked Oldboy and like martial arts mixed in with a serial killer(lol) you need to see this one then. Some decent kills in it.

Yes there are some fights between the killer and the hero. You should really check this film out though. I loved it.
