These camo tactics still work. Over 75% of the stuff that was "knock-ed out" by us in Bosnia and Serbia was just decoys like these. Artillery pieces made from telephone poles, destroyed tanks with heaters in the engine compartment to give off a heat signature like it was still usable, and plenty of canvas decoys. After the air war was over guys that I talked to that were there said the Serbs started up the real stuff that was hidden in trees and barns and drove off combat ready. Not far from the hide positions were the decoys to throw us off. Many of those decoys were hit multiple times and reset.

I think this is pretty cool. It was training against a "nation" patterned after the Soviets and their allies.

Found some old radio films. After watching the first one from WW2 you get glad that technology has advanced. By the time I got out the radios we used were the size of a couple Spam meat cans and had the same range.

Thank you very much, plenty of interesting videos here. Any good ones on wilderness survival?
"Imagine"? "nothing to kill or die for"? Having nothing worth dying for, or killing for, is having nothing worth living for.

Here are some old Civil Defense Films. I can see how these could be modified to fit a zombie outbreak scenario.
