Have any of you had zombie related nightmares?

When I was a kid I had them nightly....now, I don't have nightmares.

I have a Dream Persona that wears a black trench coat and carries a katana. In some, I fight secretly possessed people, usually at behest of the glowing full moon. There was one where I was marching toward a city I was sure was full of Zombies but I never reached them. It was the march that was important. People began to follow wielding their makeshift anti-zombie tools. Rakes, Bats, sharpened broomsticks.

In retrospect, the rake was a poor choice. But the important thing was the feeling of marching to war.

I have had a couple of zed related dreams.

I've never had a zombie dream. Any nightmare I have ever had was never horror based. They were always reality based.

anytime i watch exorcism movies or paranormal movies i have nightmares i can't sleep, the last nightmare i had was when i watched Grave Encounters, that movie scared the shit out of me.

I had a pretty damn scary dream last week. It was an alien invasion type dream where all sorts of weird shit was in the sky. Then everyone was being round up and forced into lines to be catagorized. It skipped to being back at my parents house and it was surrounded. Then I came face to face with one at the window. It was like a screaming metal skull with wires coming out of it's head. Then it ran around to another window and broke in.
Then I woke up and I was breathing really heavy with adrenaline pumping. Once I calmed down I was like...that was cool!

I've had a few. Some better than others. I had one which was me trapped inside a tall building with the elevators off and only one magazine. Kind of felt like Resident Evil. I had to make my way to the bottom floor. But you know how dreams go, I was all over the place, then I was there, and then I died because I got shit stormed by Zeds. I've had a couple of me with my friends or trying to save people usually ending with someone screaming and that feeling of falling which harshens my sleep buzz and wakes me up. Typically I just have really messed up dreams. Being chased by a Peacock/Spider thing in the backyard of my parents. Attacked by dogs. Afraid of being assaulted by people by hiding in stupid places. Women naked in the snow trying to whisper stuff to me. Taking a piss down a flight of stairs at a hotel while I talk to a Lion. Talking to ex's at carnivals I've never been to. You know... Basic stuff.

Had a dream a zombie or something was coming at me from the kitchen. I grabbed a 22 Long Rifle revolver and proceeded to miss six times. Don't remember much else about the dream, missing six times was scary enough! For a week straight I trained with that revolver, even though after the first 5 shot group I was pretty sure the dream could never become a reality. I've had plenty more zombie dreams and plenty of nightmares, the award for all time coolest zombie dream goes to my brother.

He said we were trapped in a duilding on an upper floot and zombies were coming up the stairs. That was the way we came and also the only exit. He said I turned to him and told him to jump out the window while I held them off. I then proceeded to rip my own arm off and beat the zombies with it. He said he looked out the window, back at me where he said I was doing a good job of killing the zombies with my own self-severed limb. He jumped and the sensation of falling woke him up.

You know the most screwed up dreams I've ever had are the ones where I've got all the weapons that I need, but can't find the right ammo for any of them!!! I've had those types since I was a kid lol....

Just last night I dreamt I was shooting my way through a zombie filled street with a lever action rifle.

Any gamers here find that you often have certain aspects of games you play in your dreams? I do quite alot. I still occasionally even dream about the cyberdemon from the original Doom.
