Nope, I just found it on youtube last weekend. There are a tons of vids by people on there full of gore from horror films.

Savini's gore in Day of the Dead is amazing. The exposed brain zombie on the table is incredible.

Yeah that whole scene for me is one of the best gore effects in horror of any time.
