Those guys are not dumb, but you will go were the Air Force sends you, try to go to Germany, or Korea if you can. See the better part of the world while your young.

Depends on how you look at it. The average Air Force tour is shorter than any other branch, usually three to six months depending on the MOS. So while an Airman may get deployed more, he would actually spend less time downrange.

Ah. I see how that works out then.

Hom, you will have to march, not goose step.
If they ban guns, how will I fight the zombies?

Well, some of us are a whole lot older than that. I think Bob might have actually fought in the civil war

It should be easy not to goosestep for an American. Not even the Germans do the goosestep thing anymore.

Mess with people? I'd have simply laughed at you. My wife though would have been highly offended and would have let you know what she thought of your shenanigans.

I used to hold with the latter, but lately I have come to believe the former...although I would sub the word "naive" with "idiotic"

So it's all daddys fault? I don't buy that. I know plenty of people from disadvantaged backgrounds who did well for themselves, not using their family as an excuse.

I don't have anything personally against you Homelite, but in my short time here I can definitely see why some people would. You seem like you at least understand the difference between right and wrong seeing as you kind of acknowledge when you know you're pushing buttons.

I don't think people dislike you for your heritage, beliefs, family pride, whatever it is. I think they dislike you because at every twist and turn, in every story and dark alley, you always seem to have a knack for reminding everyone about it.

When I smoked and lived at home, my mother hated me smoking. I got why she obviously wouldn't like it, so I had the decency of not doing it in front of her or making a spectacle about it when she was around. I feel like you'd light up, take a big haul, blow it in her face and put it out on her forehead then tell her you're just messing with her.

While I agree with you in part, the contrarian in me must point out that I can show you many more who grew up repeating the cycle. Having sh1thead parents greatly increases your chances of being a sh1thead. It's the rare few who can overcome this. :blowingsmoke:

It's about wanting to be better than that. People who fall into the same cycle do so because they choose to. Everyone is entitled to a free high school education (and now often college) and this is the first step to bettering one's life. People choose to drop out. People choose those they hang out with and associate with. What is rare are the exceptions when people can't get out of the sh1thead cycle.

Do I disagree that it's rare people do get out of the cycle? No. But they have the chance and the choice.

lol... I don't believe you're even going to attempt to join the Air Force. This is just an attempt to troll the people on this forum who have actually served.
