So you've been bitten by a zombie, I'll leave it to you to figure out how/why it happened but you are infected and going to turn in an unknown amount of time.

I was wondering a few things of how you would want other survivors to treat you **before you turn**

Would you choose to die as soon as you were bitten, either by your hand or a fellow survivor's, because you know for a fact that you will turn in the future?

Would you wait it out until you know that you are about to succumb from the venom/virus/etc... and if so would to ask a friend to wait until you are reanimated before killing you, or just when you are about to pass out? Or would you want to become one of the horde? (get away from others before you turn obviously)

Would you have any special requests to your comrades about the treatment of your body (religious or just a personal thing), or any specific items that you would ask them not to take?

Is there a location that means something to you that you would try to get to so you could die there?

Now assume someone in your party is bitten.

Would you honor their requests?
Would you refuse to give them food and water because they would die soon anyways? Would you just leave them behind?

I would ask that my body be restrained and then placed in some sort of container filled with packing peanuts. This way, should a cure be found, I could be turned back without any physical deformities. I would have no problem with them taking all of my stuff

I would do the same for others within my group, as long as they don't endanger those still alive. If I was in a hurry though, the nicest thing to do would be to shoot them or give them a grenade and let them walk into the thick of things with the pin pulled.

Guess I'd say wait until the fever gets bad then shoot me in the head, followed by a beheading. Don't give me any food or water, I'm dead anyway.Take my weapons and use them well. Leave my wallet in my pocket with my photos still in it, if possible get me close to the ocean before it happens, that's what I want to see at the end. If you can't kill me I'll do it myself, but if it was you I'd honor the requests to the end.

I would personally get blown up in the middle of action in the case of being bitten and take a few Zombies with me as I go, rather than have a nice and silent goodbye and shoot myself in the head. As for if a friend was infected... I would shoot them in the head almost instantly.

well, that depends. A lot of people would probably panic and shout out "Please no!" and then I'd simply shoot them (as coldblooded as it sounds). But if they had specific wishes of how or where they wanted to die (and if there was time) then I'd respect and fulfill those wishes.

I would ask to be killed when I passed away just before I turned. I would say good bye to my friends and if there was anyone there i would let them No i hated them.

If one of my mates got infected, i'd not give him food or water, you have to sustain these things, but I would go with his wishes.

How did I get infected? I was using protection.
Seriously, I would hand over my guns and bullets and want to be put down ASAP so I don't risk others. If another got infected, I would do my best to honor reasonable requests.

Strangely, I'd want to be as far away from Winnipeg as possible when I die, that's actually my plan in the event of a terminal illness right now. I love travelling and being in new places, and I hate Winnipeg.

I'd say don't give me food or water and kill me after I passed out. Don't take my wallet but take my other stuff. Let me keep my uncle's Korean war knife, his regimental badge (Royal Regina Rifles), and his service medals. Also, if I'm near the ocean put me in the water. If not then burn my dead body.

Depends where we are when it happens. If we're in a refuge/settlement or something and I've got some time then I'd like to say goodbye and leave some people my stuff before I'm shot in the head and burnt on a pyre.

If I'm infected out in no man's land then I'd want to be left in a small room somewhere, let them take my food, supplies, even boots if they want them but leave me my sword. I'd sit with my back to a wall, hold onto my sword then, again, shot in the head so some day someone could stumble upon a dessicated skeletal corpse still clutching onto his sword almost as though he were simply resting.

I posted this somewhere else before, but I just it won't hurt to repeat it.

I would give everything away, except for my pants, my boots, my rifle, 210 rounds of ammo, a few grenades, and a good deal of explosives w/ a timer get for one hour.
I would then head for the biggest nearby horad, I would try to fight to the middle, but if I turn before I make it within an hour I go BOOM, taking alot of zeds with me.
If I do make it to the middle I will set the timer to 5 mins than I would fight the zombies off and make lot of noise getting more to come, and after 4 mins I would reset the timer back to 5 mins. I would do this until A) I turn, than within 5mins I go BOOM. B) they eat me (get heartburn) and within 5mins I go BOOM.
