Just finished the whole season BRAVO!!! i loved it.Can't wait for the 2nd season

many people don't like the last episode i did.

So what is everybodys theories on what Jenner whispered to Rick...

here some i heard:

"Good luck" i don't think so because it seemed to long for two words.

"________ is infected" He took blood tests so maybe one of them were infected.

"________ is a safe place" Maybe he know a secret government place where it's safe.

"Get to France" He mentioned it a lot and that they were the closet to a cure.

I think he said "You wifes preggo and your not the FATHER!" lol

yea that's a good one but when he told him he looked surprised more than angry if someone would of told me that i'd get pissed.But i mean the whole place was about to blow up so maybe he bottled his anger.

I think the pregnancy revealed theory makes the most sense. Maybe he told Rick about a prison nearby which was evacuated before the shtf.

I got the impression that Jenner would be the kind who might not tell the whole truth unltess pressed, but wouldn't tell a complete lie to a direct question. He was quite vague about their fate until asked what the countdown was for. Nor do I think he was interested in the personal affairs of the group to bother observing them closely, or "telling" on any of them. I think he decided the best thing was to leave the group in ignorance. and the place blow up, so they'd never know what happened to them. So what might he have told Rick. (Okay, I do like the "You're flying low', but expect it was more serious.)

At the time, Dale and the two women were in the same room. What might Jenner have said that he did not what the other three to hear? Or he wouldn't have said earlier to convince the others there was no hope outsiide, or would conviince them it would be better to just end it all, quickly and painlessly?

And what might that have been that Rick wouldn't share? If there was somewhere "safe" to go, Rick would have told them, so they'd leave with him.

I don't think Jenner told Rick about Lori. First because it doesn't seem in his character to pry or blab. Second, there's a lot more room for the story to develop if Rick gradually figures out something's wrong. Or if Lori is pregant, he could do some simple math.

I'm thinking it's something really big. My theory is that the government, military and maybe even the CDC itself had a role in intial outbreak, failed to warn the publc, or even tried to cover their asses and suppress the news. Then it all spiralled out of control. Jenner didn't want anybody on the computers, not because of the drain on power, but because somebody might be poking around and find something. But at the last moment he felt he had to tell somebody the truth.

Yeah, I know. Government conspiracies and coverups are standard fodder for movie and TV plotlines, and have been done to death. But I think it does fit, both for Ep 6, and the whole story arc. And it adds a whole other storyline to develop.

Of course he would be surprised instead of angry. It is a long time best friend and co worker that he trusted and oh by the way , saved his family. It's surprise and not anger , of course I can be wrong 100% but if it's the way I said , I would expect no other reaction.

that's good,ALL you said make sense seems like something that jenner would say he was more the serious type than gossipy.

really i would think the first emotion would be anger but since he was his best friend he must've of been betrayed. sad.

Maybe because Rick is the leader of the pack and Jenner saw that. I think Laurie and Andrea are both preggers. Now there's a thought.

Interestingly I first saw the actor who played Jenner in the 80's Movie "Real Genius". Where he played a bad Science teacher with an alternate agenda. I think it was something to do with a Laser. i wonder if Frank Darabont or the casting director saw that movie?

Even though it would ruin one of the best moments of the comic book, I don't see how you could not think it was Jenner telling Rick that everyone is infected because he knows it's airborne. It would fit with the depressing mood he was trying to set up, it would fit with him wanting them to stay and get blown up (because he knows it's a losing battle), etc. Anything beyond that just wouldn't make sense to me.

My theory... Season two will end with them discovering the prison... Other theory the show will last 7 to 9 seasons then wrap up.... Most likely 7...
