Eep, course you're right.. That's the one in my Netflix queue. Mistook it for the French movie when browsing thru it earlier. According to upcominghorrormovies.com, no American release date yet, and a search on eBay yielded no results, even for a French DVD. However, while googling, I came across a buuuuunch of rapidshare and torrent links.

After a bio-chemical warfare apocalypse, there is no food and nothing will grow. Once starvation sets in the few remaining survivors resort to hunting and feeding on the living dead. Unfortunately this causes the bio-chemical to mutate and their digestive systems evolve and force their way out of the mouths to find food on it's own.
