The Grapes of Death - they're more like infected people who kill with weapons and don't bite.

The Crazies - infected people who run around again with weapons.

Nightmare City - this is a tough one. I consider them to be running zombies. This is probably the first running zombies film which came out in 1980. They're faces are all messed up and deterioating and they carry knives but if you notice in the hospital massacre scene a couple of them are attacking nurses and biting them and tearing flesh off so I would consider that to be a zombie....I guess.

How about the 1988 movie Dead Heat? Bad guys come back from the dead and rob banks, pretty good little 80s movie.

Also are the dead frat boys zombies in Night of the Creeps?

I do however see the dead frat guys in Night of the Creeps as zombies though. I have always thought of this film as a zombie film. It reminds in a way of Undead cause that film had aliens in it too.

In Day of the Dead, the guy who gets bit on the arm has it amputated, so probably the same thing.

What about the movie Doom? Are the humans who get infected but dnt become monsters in that movie zombes? :think:

I checked youtube.com but cant get a good scene. All I get is the FPS sequence of the movie.

I guess if you think about it the things in DOOM are zombies
there is a scene where one of the guys is dead on a table and they cut him open etc etc ....they turn around and he's gone :scare:
and you can get infected with a bite
but towards the end one of them uses a gun.. but that thing is only halfway through the infection process
