Every person is good for something. So say you were in a group after the zombies came knocking on your door and everyone had their own job and special quality about them, what would yours be?
For example, I could sharpen anyone's blade after combat to keep it nice and razor sharp. I could tie knots if they needed to be tied, and I'm also not a bad shot with a gun or bow.
So tell us your special abilities!

For a long time i have been interested in crafting almost anything weapon wise.In my free time i make a plethora of knives, hatchets, machetes, bows, and many more primative things.
on a more modern note,I am very knowledgeable with lockpicking, hotwiring and making small explosives.
Also if it were to come down to it were i live near the mountains,I have some of the best outdoor survival skills in VA. I have trained eyes and ears from prolonged exposure from being alone in the woods so i have slightly more acute hearing and sight than the average joe.I also train in many styles on conventional weapons such as a sword, polearm, staff and warhammer all made by yours truley.im also not a bad shot with the long range rifles but i prefer melee and silent take-downs as opposed to blazing through ammuntions

I am the only one of my friends who has ever given real thought to surviving a zombie outbreak. I talk about it a lot, much to the annoyance of everyone I know.
So I imagine that I would be something like a leader, what with all the people I know coming to me and saying, "What should we do? You've read up on this stuff!"
It's not a role I want, or one that I think I could do well, but its times like Z-Day that we do what we must in order to survive. I couldn't let my friends and family die.

well I'm a machinist , and I own my own class3 gun shop .I design new silencers, and have built a few guns from scratch or heavily modified current ones to suit my needs. I'm a pretty decent shot and know a fair bit about reloading. I'm very mechanicly inclined and have done most kinds of automotive repair. I've also done a quite a bit of balcksmith work ,mostly knives and such.
I used to hunt a lot (no place to any more around here) and can hold my own in the woods. when we'd go camping it was my job to start the fire (sometimes without matches or other sources of flame) . I'm also of a survivalist kind of mindset .

Thats a good skill. Always nice to know what not to wipe your ass with. Ever tried running with poison oak itching its way up your crack?
One thing I forgot to mention about myself: I build robots. I don't know if that would come to much use when the zombies come rolling into town, except for maybe some motion sensor booby trap or something.

Well I'm 15 so I don't have professional training but I know how to handle a gun and can camouflage like a pro so I guess I'd be a definite sniper

My speciality would be in first aid/nursing care. I am familiar with a lot of different medications and their uses.
I also have some outdoor skills. I was a naturalist for 8 years and am familiar with edible plants, poison ivy and the like. I have built several houses with my husband and am able to do some wiring, heating, plumbing and construction work. Not that great of a cook, but I can mix up something from a box pretty well.

I know spanish and a bit of other languages, I studied chemistry for a couple of years and I'm on my senior year in psychology. I'm also a decent shot with rifles (nothing earth shattering but I could carry my weight), I'm a bit of a mechanic (I worked on the family shop for some months), and I'm an avid reader of Jane's, FA.org, and the army field manuals.
Also I'm a bit of a know-it-all. But I don't know how to fight hand-to-hand.

I don't have much experience in hunting, building or outdoors survival (unlike what many of you "claim" to be experts in), but I do have some useful and not-so-useful skills. I know how to drive a stick-shift (which would be handy if there was a large semi truck to use), can maneuver a Bobcat trailer/forklift, can ride a unicycle (who knows? maybe I can ease tension with this skill), and am notorious for being a zombie fan, so people who know me could respect me when zombies are about.

"I can shoot, I can load, I can run a bullet press, I can handle a bow, and just about any blade you can hand me. I'm good with a hammer and saw, and have helped build houses before. I'm great with snares and traps, as well as simple machines. I have some gardening knowledge, and a knack for natural healing herbs and such. I am great at sewing, tailoring and mending clothes, as well as sails, tents, hammocks and other such things. I'm not a mechanic, but I'm good with machines, and learn them quickly. I love to work with leather as well. I can do weaving, and rope making, along with some light metal work, and I know some minor first aide." :)

I have a pretty solid knowledge when it comes to plants.
I know how to make an effective and concealed camp (though it appears that spelling has yet to be masterd).
I've learned how to tan leather.
I can sew.
I know how to repair a variety of wounds.
I know how to set up a variety of hunting traps (some of which can be converted or adjusted to catch humans).
I can start a fire with sticks most of the time.
I know of several ways to attain and/or filter water so that it's drinkable.
I know how to make soap.
I can make simple weapons, not much beyond the combinations of stick and stone,
although, unlike names, these have been known to brake bones (oh yes :P).
I listen well and I can predict human behavior to a good degree.
I'm good at determining the traits and skills of others, and I know how to put those skills to use.
I guess I would be in charge of either collecting food, or starting fires if I had a set job. The rest I could tell them how to do, and they could do it with little practice (I luckly have smart and determined friends though some are cynical SOBs).
