I just listened to about 6 or 7 new songs from Cannibal Corpse and I could only get into one, maybe 2 songs. Everything else just sounded like filler with no interesting guitar riffs. I simply can not listen to this band anymore.

I've been hearing good reviews of the new album.. I don't like them that much really. They're great as far as regular ol' death metal goes but regular ol' death metal isn't really my thing. I need it to be progressive or technical or melodic. I saw them live at Mayhem Festival a few years back and they put on a great show. I got into their album Kill after a few listens.
I'm also like that with black metal; just straight-up BM I don't care for, but depressive, progressive and symphonic (OH GOD ESPECIALLY SYMPHONIC) I love.

^Nice. I never heard of the band Camouflage before, but it was pretty good. Especially for a live show.
