You and a friend/loved one are trapped in a room with no way to escape. The zombies are about to break down the door and you only have one bullet left in your gun. What do you do?

1. Shoot yourself. (no way your going to be a zombie)
2. Shoot your friend/loved one. (spare them from that fate)
3. Shoot one more zombie. (at least you have someone to chase the living with)

How many zombies are at the door? depending on the number of zeds, it might be possible to fight your way through them without using the gun.

I don't think you have a choice. Only 3 options. No way out. You can try to fight your way out but I'm assuming that the outcome is Zed food.

Taken my own life might be hard but getting ripped apart might suck even more. :think:

If all hope was lost i might say F it and come back as a Zed. Like Chelo says in LotD "see how the other side lives.":lol:

If not, i might set up the shot in order to get both of us with one bullet.:think:

DarthJoe8 had a good idea. I'm not sure that it would work. It may just leave one of you alive, wounded, and forced to watch and experience being eaten alive. I doubt that you would make it through that to the reanimation station where you wander the planet as the undead. Or, as some wiseguy said in some zombie film, "Oh yeah, they're all f--k-d up." You wander around with half a torso or a torso with stumpy limbs or half a face. All the other zombies make fun of you and wont let you join the swarming on humans. It sucks.

Same thoughts here. The bullet would take out the first person's life but the second one would probably just be in pain until the zeds finished the job.

If i had to pick from only those 3 though, say I would shoot a single zed then fight like a mother f#$#er , because who knows, you just might win, probaly not, but a 2% chance at survival is a hell of a lot more then if you shoot your self in the head.

or rip he gas line out from the stove , let the place fill with gas, let in the zeds, fire the gun and kaboom, take all them out with me and go out in a blaze of glory :scare:

That's true, IMO. I mean, just take a look at Flyboy Stephen in Dawn of the Dead (1978); he almost got away from a mini-mob at the elevator. I think that he would have without that gunshot wound that prevented him from climbing out of the elevator and up to the safety of the elevator shaft. Also, look how Sarah and McDermott ("Come on, Johnny! We're countin' on ya to fly us to the Promised Land!") managed to escape the zombies in the underground base where Steel and Rhodes and, my man, Rickles ("You almost killed Rickles! Yeah! You almost f--k--g killed Rickles! You dirty y----w sick bastard!") had tossed them.

Call me a softy but i would take care of my g/f. But at the same time i would try and fight the shamblers but if their runners then well.... at least it would be quick

I don't know?:think: point blank range, mouth open, insert barrel, press face against the back of the wifes head. BANG either way we're screwed.

Maybe just a shot in the chest of both of us (same deal front and back and in the heart) and we can have eternity together zombified. :hug: It worked for the couple in LotD.:)

In this scenario I would shoot my friend/loved one IF they wanted me to do so, but i'm going down fighting!
