You guys are going to love this one. This short story is told from the POV of a woman turning into a zombie. Here's the blurb:
Jesse, diagnosed with an STD, confronts her cheating husband, but he’s hungry, attacks her and tries to eat her. She fights for her life, a battle that doesn’t end by killing him. Seems this STD makes AIDS no worse than a runny nose. As the virus spreads, the world falls into the chaos of riots, murder, and cannibalism. The disease is incurable, but Jesse finds a way to live with it...in a very tasty way.
