Default Star Wars Zombies...

This is not a joke. There is a book about Star Wars Zombies called Death Troopers.

Here's a link to it at Borders Books:

I've gotta have it! It will please my inner geek as well my craving for the undead.

Proof that the zombie genre can go anywhere!
Another example would have to be pride & predjudice and Zombies.

read it

was not very good to tell the truth, felt like it was written by a kid in in high school

no suspense only surprise was the introduction of 2 characters

was also written as a tie in to a video game

When I first saw that, I assumed that it was an indie author who was risking the Wrath of Lucas by "borrowing" the Star Wars setting.

But this book is put out by Random House. Which means that the guys at Skywalker Ranch have to have signed off on it.

The zombie genre is in fact quite versatile.

I'm a little over halfway thru it, only stopped because I ran out of time, and haven't had time to read any more lately. But I've enjoyed what I have read.
