So, I'll start it off...
I just had breakfast:

1) 8 oz. SportPharma Whey Protein Shake
2) 4 egg whites (scrambled)
3) 3 bannanas
4) 2 heads of microwave steamed broccoli

Wait, wait, wait!!! I didn’t mean fry as in French Frys (who the hell calls them american frys?). We got are ol wires crossed again, I meant fry as in breakfast. An Irish fry (to me anyway) is, sausage, fried egg, beacon, soda bread, potato bread, vegetable roll, tomato and mushrooms. But what’s an American fry, I know the crazy English take beans or chips with theres, which is just insane!
