ok, browsing through blockbuster (yes i know, shitty zombie renting outlet) i noticed that i havent seen alot of the more recent zombie films

so im going to list all the ones i might be interested in and you guys be so nice and tell em which ones suck and which ones i should watch

(ohh any mods, if this is the worng section, my bad just move it please)

ohh one more thing, who else thinks here vincent prices last man on earth is a zombie film? i think its definatly around there and was better than any zombie film thus yet next to return of the living dead (sorry i dont know why but i like that one alot)

i love Last Man On Earth, and yes, they are much more like zombies than vampires in the movie.

Zombie Honeymoon is a great flick. not a lot of zombie action, but what is in there is really well done.

I must agree on the others though. Hood being the top shit movie on that list.

children of the living dead - Worth watching for the Tom Savini mini at the beginning. Also some memorable zombie moments.
vampires versus zombies - Avoid at all cost. It reeks. If you watch it you'll die within 24 hours.
children shouldnt play with dead things - Zombies don't show up until halfway, but it rocks to the end.
the dead hate the living - Could not get into it (boring).

i saw dead men walking

id give it a 6 out of 10

started off with this dude flipping his shit with a shotgun, always fun

and it had some good violent scenes

but the scene transitions, heavy metal drums, and annoying people made it seem like it was half zombie film, half ICP music video (LOL)

als, it was real low budget, they edited the fire coming out the guns, also the dialogue got annoying as shit

"whats going on?"
"you didnt hear? ok ill explain it a 4th time!"
"wait, so thats whats going on!"
"yes, ill run it by you a 5th!"


pretty much, if you get a chance to see it id go for it, but dont spend money on it

I'd just avoid this and Zombie Night at all costs. "Ah, a zombie touched me! AUGH, help me... I'm dead." is just sad. You'll want a refund on these wastes of life. That is if you don't throw a brick at the TV first since on the Zombie Night DVD you CANNOT skip the previews... at all. You're stuck watching them to get to a menu.

I just saw Zombie Night about a few days ago... It wasn't the absolute worst Zombie film I've ever seen... At least the Zombies weren't half bad, but the people (survivors) couldn't screw in a light bulb to save their lives. :dunce: :x

More and more DVDs are using that practice when authoring their menus... What I do is either tap the FF (>>) button, and get right to the movie, or hit the 'next chapter' button (>l)...
