Honor Among Thieves Final Edit on its way.

Hey.

My short Film "Honor Among Thieves" is almost complete. I've not posted much about it except the police incedent as I seem to jinx myself by posting about my screenplays lol.

Anyway here is the poster design and a concept for "The 8th Commandment" the sequal wich my friend and partner is more than half way through filming.

Honor Among Thieves is a quirky Crime Drama about two bank robbers who are seperated from there gang. The thieves are Robert Quade, a hardend Ex-Con who has come back to crime for one last job, and Andrew Vest, A young novest on his first big job. Andrew has plans about taking the money they have but Robert knows better than to cross crime boss, Vin McNeil.

Hope you guys don't mind a non horror film, there is plenty of violence and gore, especielly in Ryan's sequal wich is basicly one long string of violence. I was going to do another horror film "the Grave" for my final project but I though my show real might look better if I did something different. Plus snooty universities do look down on Horror.

Well, as long as there's plenty of gratuitous violence, and gore, I suppose it will be OK with us. :evil:

for the reverse of the pistol, you should have cut out that big, blown-out softlight. Either that, or seated his head fully in it; as it is it screws with the comp. coulda cheated the actor back a few steps and gotten some more dramatic lighting while cutting it out.

Thanks for the comment. The big soft light unfortunitly was a window, I had little contol over light. Any further back and i got bad contrast any further forward and the camera would have been stood on. It was a very small room keeping the boom and it's shaddow out of shot was the biggest problem.

Got background sound in my film fixed and finally the credits. So ready to go.

Anyone can post a Vid thats upto 10 mins long. If you get a Directors account you can post much longer vids. My friend, who I work with and Directed the 2nd movie has a Directors account so once he figures out how to convert the films into a format Youtube likes we'll get'em up.
