We try to be as lenient as possible, however harassment of any description towards other members will not be tolerated.

1. Things that will get you banned quick-like: hate speech, racism, bigotry, threats towards other members, & too many retarded posts.

2. There are ladies present. Act accordingly. Sexually degrading comments (to an individual, or in general) are simply unacceptable. There's no place here for them here. What is or isn't acceptable will be left to the discretion of the moderators.

3. This is a friendly zombie community. It's just an internet message board, so don't take things too personally. Act civilized and refrain from resorting to insults. If you get into a pissing contest or start flaming, expect to be warned. We understand discussions can get heated, so if you're warned, just take it as a friendly reminder to keep an even keel. Continuing despite being warned will get you banned.

4. Threads concerning bootlegging, pirating, and/or stealing of movies, music, or someone else's copyrighted material IS NOT allowed and will result in post deletion and possible further action.

5. Refrain from posting pornagraphic pictures or links to porn sites. This isn't going to be a place for kids to get their rocks off. If you wanna do that, take it some place else.

6. If your vocabulary consists of curse words every other word, find another board. We would rather not lose any IQ points by having to read your posts. Mainly because we can't afford to lose any more than we already have.

7. If you have a complaint (ie. moved/deleted post), please address it in a PM (private message) to a moderator or administrator. Try to refrain from taking your complaint to the message board without first attempting to resolve the issue via PM.

8. No religion/politics


If you can follow those simple rules, feel free to post whatever you like and rest assured that we will do our best to keep this an open, honest and friendly forum, where thoughts and ideas will be freely expressed. Unless you post something we don’t like, in which case we’ll delete your post immediately, and depending on how we feel, quite possibly send you a virus that will format your entire hard drive. But let’s not dwell on that, because that’s just negative and we’re all about being positive here! Enjoy!

Question...what if they're not so much calling each other "gay," but saying something is "gay." My concern wasn't so much that someone who was ignorant in the first place would be upset at being called "gay," but that gay folks on the board would be bothered by it. I have gay friends in real life and they don't paryicularly like the usage of a term to describe them as being an insult. It's like saying "Stop acting like a chick" to a man. It's more insulting to the woman than it is to the guy. Know what I mean?

Indeed. This bugs me too. If the best words you can come up with to describe something thats whack are "gay" and "retarted" then I wouldn't be insulting whatever the item is.

This is not a public forum. This is a private forum that the site owner graciously allows the public to use. There's a huge difference.

As for "having the right to be here", show me where in the Constitution it says you have the right to use somebody else's stuff without their permission and without compensation. If a restaurant can arbitrarily refuse service to someone they don't want around, then a website owner sure as hell has the right to refuse to let someone post on his forums.

Simply put, though, I agree: There's no such thing as "freedom of speech" in a privately-owned domain. People have no right to come into my home, for example, and spew everything that they wish. In my house, I have the right to tell you to shut up or get out. You have the right to do that on public property, but not on private property.

So before people start whining about "freedom of speech", they should think about if they would want me to go into their home and say everything that I damn well felt like without regard to them or your family.

I wanted to ask a question about the Tobe Hooper Zombies becoming Wicked Little Things in the Tobe Hooper thread, but wasn't able to because the last post was. "question answered" and the thread was locked. Now from past history if seen if I started a new thread to ask the question some one would probably lock it stating theres already a thread about it. But that's locked.

There no BW issue that I'm aware of... If there is a lack of activity around here, it's due to several factors, but the BW is not one of them.

i'm a newbie, and to date i am enjoying this little community very much. from what i have assimilated, the moderators are quick and more than fair. the members are a diverse group of like minded folks, who all have a common ground. that being we all love/hate zombies :)

i'm a freak on a leash at times and i generally mean no harm. i may assault your senses from time to time but it is all intended for poops and giggles :greet:
