Hilarious video! But I gotta say that the whole Michael Jackson's Thriller thing has been done to death. One thing you gotta hand to Troma though, they always have REALLY hot T & A in their movies!!:drinking:

Absolutely hilarious low brow fun. I normally hate Troma but they occasionally release shit that just can't be resisted. Hell, yesterday I purchased their Dumpster Baby. :)

I'm still waiting on my copy of Dumpster Baby to see how much of my stuff is still left in that movie.

Well, you gotta say that it's at least very original.

I wonder how some Troma fans are going to feel when they realize it's more arthouse than fart jokes?

So it's been a while since we've had anything new to talk about for Lloyd Kaufman's Poultrygeist: Attack of the Chicken Zombies. Well from the wonderful world of Youtube comes a new violent and definately not safe for work trailer. From the looks of it this film is definately filled with that Troma charm that people have either come to love or hate. It may have been one of the most extreme US movie trailers I have seen in some time. Take a look at this new extreme Poultrygeist trailer and judge for yourself.

New NOT SAFE FOR WORK trailer!!

When are they going to release this already. We have no demand for movies like this where I live. It looks hilarious.

EDIT:
The trailer is no longer available.

Here is the old one Zombie Buffet. Trailer (http://www.poultrygeistmovie.com/video/trailer/)

I think it looks hilarious but then again I do enjoy Troma films. Even though they are usually crap.

Hmmm...I was still able to view the "not safe for work" trailer. Is it blocked for some of you? Perhaps you can find it on youtube. That's where it was originally.

I just watched this. I don't usually like Troma movies, but I found this to be entertaining enough to watch. It was pretty funny in spots.

I'm really not very familiar as far as I know on Troma films. Although, when I watched the Poultrygeist trailer it kinda reminded me of this short film I have seen before. It was called something along the lines of Possum Death Spree. It was really funny, yet very lame and completely absurd and I loved it!

The best part was that the possums were all stuffed animals. It was awesome.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If you do, is that a Troma film as well? It seems to have to resemblance, that's why I ask.

I'll see if I can find Possum Death Spree online somewhere and put it up here.

This movie was hilarious - one of Troma's best! Lesbians, boobs, gore, scatalogical humor, politically incorrect humor ("Get over here with them matches, junior! This cross ain't gonna burn itself!"), song and dance numbers (that are actually good), zombie chickens and more gore!

"The chicken has declared jihad on us all!"

All those movie are true TROMA movies, the one's that Lloyd Kaufman or Michael Hertz directed. Toxic Avenger movies, Class of Nuke em High movies, SGT. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D., Terror Firmer, Tromeo & Juliet, & now Poltrygeist.

Most of the movies (usually crappy) that wear the Troma label are other made and directed by other people and are just distributed by Troma.

From what I've heard and read, this is possibly one of the worst movies ever.
It may be even dumber than Plan 9 from outer space! :poo::puke:

Bite Your Tongue!!!!!!!! :naughty:

Plan Nine From Outer Space is like the best movie ever made!!!!! Any movie that has won 2 golden turkey awards and was voted worst movie ever made is obviously a masterpiece.... Are you trying to tell me that the horribleness of that movie didn't make you laugh so hard you cried?

That movie will always have a close, special place very near and dear to my heart.

Yes! That was an awsome movie, but the creepiest thing to me was Vampira's 17 inch waist.

Did you ever catch the MST3K's Plan Nine From Outerspace?

Also there's a remake of it coming soon I hear!

From what I've heard, it's good to be an Oxi-moron movie, then at least the movie has some fans whilst getting sucky reviews.

A movie can be good because it is bad....You could probably take Poultrygeist here and do the same thing with it (granted you didn't like it.....) Plan Nine had terrible effects, you could see the clear string hanging from the "UFOs". It was just so poorly, and cheaply made with no regard or care to how bad it looked that it became a comedy indefinitely. The movie is straight up hilarious.

The whole point of a movie is to be entertaining. If you have a really bad movie but the badness of it is still entertaining to you, well then my friend you have a terrible movie that is good.

But I think we should tone it down a bit before we get too off topic here....If anyone wants, I have no problem with starting a thread dedicated souly to this masterpiece we call crap Plan Nine.
