Which Nemesis? The game or the movie? For this discussion I'll assume we're talking about the game. I don't believe any amount of rounds from an M-16 could bring down that powerhouse. If it's only one person, I would imagine that they would only be able to squeeze off about five rounds before Nemesis would beat the living tar out of them. For craps sake, in the game it took an experimental cannon to wear him down to the point where he could be killed. It's a no go with the M-16.

well even when you get the gattling gun, like the one in predator and T2, it still takes a while to bring him down...and that gun shoots out more powerful bullets and at 3 times the speed of an m-16..so, m-16 vs. nemesis= death to
m-16 wielder.

I wouldn't take on Nemesis with anything less than an AC-130; with a M-16 he's likely to grab your ass and use the barrel for exploratory surgery in which ever end is convenient... :)

Ask the Tootsie Roll Owl and he'll tell you 3 bullets. It's always 3.

That'd be like trying to swat an enormously huge cockroach the size of a house with a rolled up newspaper. I agree with the above forementioned, the AC-130 gunship being about the only thing to take out Nemesis. Blast him to pieces with twin 20mm "tank buster" guns followed up with a bomb strike.
