Looks pretty bad @$$. I just watched the director's cut of Army of Darkness the other night. Didn't like the ending much and hope that this makes up for it.

there both good.. this game isnt starting off where anything left off or anything

I watched the one where he slept too long. It really threw me off because I had no idea that they changed the ending like that. Now I need the theatrical version to really complete my collection.

Got this yesterday and think it's great fun so far. The dialogue between Bruce Campbell and Ted Raimi is funny as hell :)

Had this game for awhile and it's awesome. The levels are a bit short and the game ends rather quickly but it's worth the purchase. PLUS, you get live action interview clips and a bunch of other cool extras. This game is supposedly set AFTER Evil Dead 2 I believe. It's an out-of-continuity thing. It also has a set-up for a sequel.

I bought this since it was 20 at the local music place, and what little i played was fun, but i got stuck in the soul eater part and then my friend borrowed it and then he moved, so im waiting for him to send it to me. Damnit. but the bit i played was fun, much better than the last evil dead game they made. And why the hell did they call it Evil Dead? Why not just name it Army of Darkness. Army of Darkness was funny, Evil Dead was scary as hell. or was supposed to be.

I finished it this morning, and although it is quite short it was still damned enjoyable :)

Just need to find 2 or 3 pages of the Necrinomicon that i missed :x

I gotta say, that I really enjoyed this game as well. I'm maybe a third of the way through it and I love the fact that it's one of those things that you can just pick up and play for a while, then walk away. I thought the controls were fantastic and the physics are really smooth. The graphics are nice too. All in all not a bad deal by a long shot.

Plus, playing kick the baby is a good stress release.

There were some great "Evil Dead/AOD" moments in it too. I loved the firehose spray of blood that came out of the elevator in the asylum. And the chainsaw/shotgun combo is great. Also, as a RE afficionado, it's nice to have infinite shotgun ammo.

Dude, for $20 american it is so worth it. Plus, I think that you can get it for 17.99 used and Blockbusters Game Rush might still be having their 25% off sale. That is assuming that there's a Game Rush near you.
