i think it would have neat if bud the zombie lead the army of the dead sense he the first "thinking" zombie we were introduced too us that maybe he has gained enough intelligence to lead the zombies.

I guess you mean Bub from Day of the Dead...That would be cool if he had a cameo in Land but all of this should probably be discussed in the Land thread...

Nah, Big Daddy's running the show on Land of the Dead. Besides, I just saw a trailer for Land of the Dead where the Big D looks at a machine gun for a few seconds and then opens fire with it. His mind worked alot faster than Bub's did. Besides, wasn't the first thinking zombie the one at the beginning of Night of the Living Dead '68? He tried to open the car door by using the handle and then used a rock to break the glass when he couldn't break it with his hand. There had to be some thought process going on there. :scare:

In the trailer, I think I saw a zombie that looked like Bub. I'm thinking Big Daddy is a trained zombie, like Bub, but better trained.

Slumlord is right, they were "smart" in NotLD '68.

Please discuss this in the Official LOTD thread. We don't need 20 threads about the same thing.http://www.allthingszombie.com/images/jvsmily.gif
