Day of the Dead: Contagium

What is to say about this film? Should we praise it as a new addition to the holy trilogy or an unwanted bastard? I myself have contemplated plots and story lines to introduce my own zombie story, but have never thought to play off of the greatest mind to have ever penned a zombie story. Sure, I will see it and buy it so that I can have it in my collection, but should it be allowed?
