I've consider it in the past, but I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is... It's an aggravated pinched never that keeps acting up every once in a blue moon... I'm not sure what a chiropractor can do for me, since the problem is not skeletal (spinal cord), or a disc... But it is possible that could indirectly be the cause of the of my problems... I'm can't really be positively sure... All I know is that when I apply heat to the affected area, then problem quickly subsides, and that's good enough for me. ;-)

What ever it is,sitting in a chair makes your back alot worse,try move your computer to somewhere(sounds silly) you can lie down or maybe to a sofa ect... itll help your back out alot. i mean im young and i was getting a right bad back from my chair,maybe this would/will help. :)

Yesterday I passed my IT Essentials Level 1 course which to be honest was easier than pissing in a pool.

Well honestly, moving around or no moving around, as soon as you get back in that chair, the pain will come back, a lying down posture has made my back feel great again,i say the easiest answer would be to get a laptop, then you can lie down on the bed well on computer i really think the chair is doing your back in.

I had a pretty crappy day. It all started this morning when my alarm didn't go off at 7 like it should do. Then at ten-past my mum knocks on the door and tells me to get up. I'm still asleep but as an automatic reaction I grunt wave my arm and she walks off. It's now halfpast and she shouts up the stairs telling me to get my arse out of bed. I now had 15 mins to get ready for work and catch the bus, so I skip breakfast which makes me tired and hungry and hurry out the door making sure I have everything. I get to the end of my road to see the bus already at the stop so a tired empty stomached me has to run to the next one carrying a bag full of books 'n' crap. I just make it onto the tiniest bus that is full of freaking schoolkids. so I have to stand right at the front listening to them all squeeling on about whatever the little gits talk about these days.

I attempted to drown them out by listening to some slayer as loud as my MP3 player would go but the crappy batteries crapped out on me. So I get to work and the PC that I usually use is nowhere to be found (I find out later that the guy who used to use it's boss has it now) So I sit myself down on the only chair in the room without wheels and boot up a crappy IBM S50. only to find out that the only thing I have to do today is install stuff on some laptops. One of the most boring jobs in IT is software installation as you can't do anything while it's installing and doing the same thing on 12 laptops is even worse when you only have 2 disks.

Anyway 12 o'clock comes around and finish up the laptops and break into my packed lunch. I finish lunch which seems to get shorter every day and we set about doing the most annoying job of all. Backing up dumbass user's data who don't have a clue what the recycle bin is for, I saw someone using it to store files that they weren't sure they wanted but probably needed to keep. The same with the deleted items folder in Outlook. I swear some of those people are really, really f***ing stupid.

So any 5 o'clock rolls around and I head straight out the door. My next annoyance is then new mall/bus station abomination. God damned I hate it. You have to walk all the way through the mall to get to the entrance to the station. That's up onto the first floor right around all the new shops they jammed in that tacky piece of crap and back down onto the ground floor pointing me the wrong way which means that I have to walk around and try to find the place where my bus parks. I get on the bus, it's the same freaking bus as well, screaming kids and everything. I manage to get sat down this time though, on the hardest chair known to man, this bus has no suspention what so ever and the people that made it forgot that humans have legs. I hate them so much.

The bus trundles out of town and onto the road home where it procedes to break down. I figure my legs, my arse and my ears could do with a rest and it really isn't that far to walk. I think screw it, I get off the god forsaken bus and procede to make my way home when the F**KING HEAVENS OPEN THE F**K UP. Now I am really pissed off. I get home open the door to find that no one is in, I feel a little bit better, some quiet and rest. Then I realise that I'm really freaking hungry after that walk home. I go to see what there is for tea and see the note on the table next to the chinese menu saying "I haven't done anyting but you can order chinese, Love mum X". I think great now she must have left some money as well cause she knows I don't have any but has she buggrey.

I'm now say at home, still a bit damp and freaking starving even after raiding the cupboards and the fridge. Also I apologise for the really long post.

I sang heaps, ran into lots of people from my past (ikk vomit ikk) and then some dickhead knocks me over and breaks or fractures my foot, I don't know which right now. Two guys had to carry me outside because I couldn't walk... and the asshole bouncer (who doesn't like me because he's a redneck and I hang out with 'those bloody poofters' and don't give a shit about 'smart casual' dress code) said "you've had enough, love. time to go home". RARRRR. He wouldn't call me a cab or an ambulance, he just thought I was too pissed to walk. Or maybe he didn't and he was just being an ass. He told me I couldn't go back inside. Great. Who cares. I CAN'T WALK. Finally I manage to get my mate on the phone and he was shitty... "Bethany, if I come out to you, I won't be able to get back in." So I screamed at him, he rounded up his boyfriend, they came out, called my Dad. Aww I love my Dad. He carried me to the car... and... *sobs* cut my favourite boots. off my foot. my favourite boots! *cries* ruined.
So I go to the hospital, getting pushed around in a wheelchair which was sweet... took their painkillers, decided I didn't want to sleep there and wait for an x-ray in the morning because there was a screaming, crying child and it freaked me out... then some drunk dude came in with a busted up face... which was pretty cool...
So I don't know the damage on my foot I just know I can't walk and it's all multicoloured and ouchy and I can't walk. *mourns her boots*

Tonight was my friends birthday, and we had a party.

I just had the craziest, most ****ed up night of my entire life. Right now I am a ****in zombie, but I still feel great. Also there may be jail time involved if I post the details. But it was definatley fun.

Tell me about it. I'm down in South Jersey and it's just been miserable down here. Temps have been running in the mid 90's with humidity over 90%. It's so bad down here that my glasses steam up every time I walk outside.

I've worked 70 hours a week almost every week so far, I've bought a lot of shit (new computer, camcorder, like $2,000 into my car, new skateboard etc. etc.) an that's pretty much it other than the occasional trip to the movies with my buds. oh yeah my girl broke up with me too, I think it was because I got my hair cut too short lol, seriously :x :poo:

The enemies aren't over powered. Plus you have infinite respawn. You just have to unload all you can on those four legged ones. It's worth a rent but definately not a buy.

Yesterday I went into work at 10.. time and a half wohoo. Nirvroxx told me about the best buy auctions so I bid on a entertainment center and ended up winning it for 51 bucks... woohoo.

today was alright. hung out with my mom casue she stayed home sick. cool casue I dont get to see her that much anymore since I work nights. Went to work and had an extremely kickback day. We had a very lengthy discussion about racism to the middle east to upcoming wars.

Today was also game 1 of a three game set of the foosball finals between me adn my manager. the winner gets 35 bucks. I won the first 3 games of the set so if I win tomorrow hes out.. the thing is this is the first time ive ever beaten him!

Best Interview Techniques

1. Wear Pants. You'd be surprised how fast they ask you to leave if you dont.
2. Dont end sentences with " ...or that Hooker I killed last week." Even as a joke, and espeically when its not.
3. Smile. But not that maniacal smile you have.... actually, f*ck it, dont smile.
4. Dont ask if insurance covers zombie bites.
5. Make unblinking eye contact... and make them afraid to look away.

Now your on your way to joining the rest of the drones!! Hooray!
