Didn't see a thread on this so I thought I'd start one up. Has anyone heard of this delightful comic book by Steve Niles? Incase you haven't here's the low-down; a nuclear explosion causes the dead to rise and turns the world's populace into mindless zombies. The story focuses on a couple survivors who hold up in a Reno casino. A few days, weeks maybe, go by and the survivors start to notice the zombies are begining to get smarter and now the threat has grown when the dead begin to think and devise a plan of attack. The comic is very well done and just screams to made into a film, I think every zombie fan should know about this great series and should definitely pick up the newly released trade paper back. So anyone else love this book too or am I alone here? :zom3:

I have Remains. I didn't mind it, but I felt it was way to heavy on the action and REALLY needed more character development and dialogue. As it was I paid a lot of money for a graphic novel that took about as long to read as a 24 page comic.

IMO: Worth a look if you're a fanatic and don't care about the $$$, but if you have other things to buy just read it in the store...

Remains was "Ok" , It was Entertaining. But i agree, It doesn't even stand up to The walking dead.
