I popped over to Fangoria for any word on Romero's newie and found this instead! How sweet. Been waiting forever to see this again. Looks good!

It came out on DVD a couple months ago i think. RIGHT after I got a copy from a site on the net that ...ahem... wasn't offical shall we say. I didn't know it at the time though. I just thought it was a hard to find DVD.

Probably where i got mine with the 2 versions of the film, but it's not out till October if you read the Fangoria link.:)

I can't find it anywhere, still... A couple scarce copies on Ebay or Amazon that are likely pirated (all the torrents I've seen are HDTV versions off FearNet or VHS rips... And, no, I'm not supporting torrents or suggesting them, but I AM suggesting that most of the DVD copies floating around are probably burned copies based off these torrents, despite being sold on legitimate sites).

In recently interviewed Jason Lively and he supported the Halloween/near Halloween release date rumor, as well.

I have - or had - a VHS copy I got from a rental place that went out of business. Had to be around '91. It's gone now - became completely unwatchable with static and destroyed sound.

I've waited this long - a few more months is nothin'.

It's sort of a zombie/alien movie. If people like return of the living dead & shaun of the dead, Slither and (dare i say it) undead, they'll like this.

Oh, and btw, for you youngies, watch Night of the creeps and tell me James Gunn didnt rip it off with Slither!

I'm pretty certain they're zombies. There's no way around that. They're dead when they're walking around spreading the worms. Hell, Tom Adkins said it. That's enough proof for me.

There's two endings. I wonder which one will be put on DVD.
