If you don't have NetFlix, here is a reason to get it . They have hundreds of movies available for instant viewing on your P.C., and here are the ones just in the Zombie genre. (I'm including even the crappy movies too , and my NetFlix star rating for each movie)

Buttcrack **

Day of the Dead 2008 ***

Quick and the Undead **

Raiders of the Damned **

Redneck Zombies ****

Return in Red ** (i don't even remember this one, may have to watch it again)

I think the homeless people in Prince of Darkness were suffering from some sort of posession.

you missed

Dance of the Dead not the new one, but some weird one about dancing zombies in a club with Robert Englund (not to be confused with his other dancing zombie movie Zombie Strippers)

and

Dead Summer / Deadhunter a double feature

I watched American Zombie and it was an aweful movie. Do not bother with it.

And now with your PS3, Xbox 360, certain Blu-Ray players, or a stand-alone Roku player (for like $70) you can stream the movies directly to your TV. Genius. I'd probably cancel my cable (TV) subscription before canceling Netflix.

Quick and the Undead has a decent premise, with some good ideas. But, it is let down greatly by it's miniscule budget. Skip it.

just re-watched THE CHILDREN a month or so ago. they're not zombies, although the description calls them that.
they were more like mutants that had an insane need to kill. they could be killed by you without doing anything special, like shooting them in the head. And they didn't eat flesh, I think they absorbed energy?
