The Quick and the Undead

I found this movie yesterday at blockbuster and expected it to suck. To my surprise it wasnt half bad. 80 years after the initial outbreak a bounty hunter who collects the pinkys of zombies to make money is double crossed by his old gang. Dead but not Undead he seeks his revenge. IMDB ratings are negative but I really enjoyed this movie and plan to add it to my collection. If any thing I recomend you rent this movie.

SPOILERS...I also have seen this movie. It was on a few months ago on Netflix instant. I thought it was pretty decent--a new twist on the zombie genre. However, I did not think of the main character as being dead...he had conditioned himself to be immune to the zombie's bite and despite being shot and bitten, he survived and went after his old gang. At one point he mentions he does not heal as fast as he used to...

I'm not saying you're wrong about him being dead, just that I saw it differently. But I agree it is worth a watch. Good movie! :clap:

I've been trying to watch this movie for about 2 years now. I can't find it anywhere. When I tried to download it my girlfriend canceled it.

The reason I said that is because i thought he said something along the lines of "Im not Undead...Just Dead." Could be wrong though.

The zombie hunter collecting means was a little off, it would never be allowed.


As well quarantine would have these headhunters a life ban from ever entering outpost.

But well done for a very low budget.

I don't trust peoples reviews on imdb cause most of them aren't really true horror movie fans. I look at imdb alot just to see the actors in it and where the films were filmed at mainly.

As for The Quick and the Undead.....I haven't seen it yet but I will stop by the Movie Gallery this weekend and rent it and see how it is.
