Humanoids from the Deep - 1980

[RIP]

Here is one cool cheesy film from 1980 called Humanoids from the Deep. The film stars the king of cheese actors Doug McClure, Vic Morrow(from The Twilight Zone movie), and Ann Turkel.

The film is about half human, half fish creatures that kill all the males in a small town and hump the brains out of the females to make more creatures like themselves lol.:lol:

The film has some T&A and is a great beer drinking flick to watch.

I have this on dvd and it was produced by Roger Corman. There was a remake of it on dvd back in 1996 but that one sucked.

I loved this movie! there was a re-make/sequel that wasn't very good.

I remember seeing this when I was a kid on one of the pay channels not all too long after it was released. The ending really freaked me out.

Now that I think about it, this movie was a pretty blatant rip-off of H.P. Lovecraft's "The Shadow over Innsmouth".

Creatures from the deep comming out on the beach and raping women??? with Vic Morrow. I will have to read that now.

I thought it was pretty good, I have it somewhere on VHS. To bad about what happen to Vic Morrow in The Twilight Zone, I liked his movies.
