There is a new Rollercoaster opening here in the UK at Thorpe Park.

I love me some coasters, but a saw coaster???? strange...Themes are great, but this one seems kinda odd to do. Unless it was like a Space Mountain kinda thing. I once had this idea to do a coaster based off the movie Blade. It was an awesome concept. Even equipped with a red mister that was suppose to be like blood. Of course it wouldn't really be red, for that would stain clothes.

But yea, all my plans on UK trips have been canceled. So I don't see me getting to try this one out.:cry:


Surfer, will you be attending the grand opening for this ride?? How cool would that be to be at the grad opening, and potential first person to ride a new coaster!!!!!

I just made myself so jealous. You have to do it now.

How do you make a rollercoaster based on the movie Saw?

It looks pretty intense though.

At least that commercial had a good plot/reasoning to it. Made a lot more sense after that.

It all makes sense and probably would be fun, but just thinking "SAW THE RIDE" before knowing anything about it turns people off. It would make a better reality show than a ride.

I'm at work so I can't view the youtube videos and the thorpe park website doesn't give up the goods enough to quench my appetite. I wish I lived in the UK.

Looks good for a rollercoaster, but apart from the video and the metal colour..pretty lousy "Theme".

I'm assuming there is more work being done to it?

I could have sworn that this is opening at a 6 Flags park near me as well....
