Dead Set Rocked!!!

It was one of my favorite zombie films ever.

I enjoyed the script, actors, atmosphere, and especially the zombies. Right up there with Dawn of the Dead 2004, 28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later, Etc.

Not available in the US, I bought it through Amazon.co.uk and it is a region free DVD that plays fine on American DVD players, unlike [REC] which must be watched from a PC with VLC player if bought from Amazon.com.uk

A quick warning to people thinking about buying this: It might not play on your dvd player. My dvd player is 5 years old and it will not play this dvd :x. I spent the 17 bucks for a dvd I can't watch, but hopefully I will be able to find a cheap region free dvd player soon.

Where did we put that Dead Set thread...:think: I couldn't find it either...:lol: 100% agree with you, this movie was awesome. What more can I say??:clap:

It's region 0 so it should play on any dvd player...have you tried playing it on a PC or game system?

A word about all region players, they technically don't exist, the player that I bought is a phillips and the people that I made the purchase through "chip" them to bypass the region code.

I looked high and low for an all region player sold in a store and found ZERO...then I found out that they don't sell them in the states, period. And be careful of buying one from overseas, they use a different plug...:lol:

A few quick google searches and it was easy to locate one for a reasonable price, I think I paid around $60 delivered. I bought it so I could watch REC...:eat:
