The Blob films

[RIP]

Back in 1958, Steve McQueen starred in The Blob which scared movie audiences worldwide and my parents back then when they were young lol.:lol:

Then in 1988 came Kevin Dillon with his mullet hairdo in the cool remake of The Blob.

Many people don't know that their was a 70's film called "Beware! the Blob" which came out in 1973 and starred Dick Van Patten and was directed by Larry Hagman....yes folks, Larry Hagman who played J.R. on the 70's and 80's tv series Dallas lol.

I have never seen Beware the Blob before but I have seen the original flick and I own the 1988 film on dvd. The 1988 film was very cool and cheesy especially with Kevin Dillon in it with his huge mullet riding on a motocycle chasing after Shawnee Smith(from the Saw films).

I have the 88 on dvd. back in the day it scared me shitless, now it seems silly. You know kevin and Matt look exactly alike. I di dnot know Matt had a brother till this post. I thought the guy was the same guy but it was Matt in "there is something about mary" and Kevin in "posidon" Gosh it will be confusing as hell to have a look alike brother. shit.

I loved both Blob movies, and I don't think I can decide which one is better. I just want to see more killer blob action soon!
