RIP started some other weird thread titled "them", don't be fooled, it's not about giant ants...:)
This thread however is about GIANT ANTS!! :eat:
from IMDB: Nuclear tests in the desert result in the growth of gigantic mutant ants who menace cities in the American south-west as a team of investigators and the army search for a way to control their spread in this Cold War-era monster film.
What more do you need?? Giant man eating ants, nuclear testing and army men...:drinking:
Never seen this film before but I have seen a awful, terrible, lame ass giant ants film from the 70's called Empire of the Ants. That film was awful and the screeching sounds were so damn annoying that I got completely shitfaced to on liquor.:poo::puke::poo::x:drinking:

I usually don't like "critter" films but this one is worth a look. IMDB gives it a 7.5 out of 10...:eat:
:drinking:Probably find it in the bargain bin or in a classic horror film collection...

I wonder which drunk gave it that rating lol.
I've never trusted people's ratings on imdb.com
I mainly trust real horror fans on horror boards like this one and others on reviews.:drinking:

By definition, a movie with giant insects CANNOT be bad. Giant ants (there are two, right?), giant grasshoppers, giant spider (OK, shut up Not an Insect Squad), giant Praying Mantis, Mothra… If you don’t like these movies, you seriously need to get back in touch with your inner child.
