This is actually a pretty cool flick called Deep in the Woods which came out in 2000. It's a french slasher film and was about a small group of actors who are hired by a rich milloinaire to come to his mansion for his son's birthday and perform Little Red Riding Hood for him but theirs a serial killer on the lurk in the area.
I liked the characters and plot for the film. The setting of the mansion in the woods was pretty cool and the kills weren't too bad either.
