help, cant remember title of vampire book

i read this book a few years ago, it was an older title, part of a series, from what i remember the protagonist was female, kind of punk rock, vampire part of the stories took place in san francisco. Anyone know the books i'm talking about?

figured it out, its the sonja blue series by nancy collins.

Yep, they're the ones. I love those books. I'm a wannabe Sonja Blue. I even have the torn leather jacket! :) I especially like the smoke demons and pyrotics. Great creations. And I always had a bit of a (sick) crush on Lord Morgan!:roll::loon:
