My mum gave me a book called "Xombies" has anyone else read it?

I was far from impressed with it (the book).

I didn't really want to waste my time reading until I got a horror fan's opinon. Even my mum said it sucked.

Read it over the summer. Not worth bringing home from the beach. The Xombies are basically indestructable and plot becomes so convoluted as to be plain silly. Stay away from this one. The Rising was good, and am now reading "I am Legend" by Richard Matheson--not zombies (vampires), but still good.
