The torrent inspired me to create a number of smaller torrents, each 5-10gb, and each topic-specific. One for medical, weapons, history, tactics, making homemade tools and weapons, survival, and more.

Along with this plan, I assembled a team of tech-savvy friends to help me sort the torrents. I'm going to get my own physical server (Rack, storage, backups, and more) and business class internet which will seed all the torrents at a very high rate, and host the torrents/public trackers without having to use ThePirateBay or others. Basically, the idea is to get everyone much more content, more organized, and faster. Also all torrents will be 100% copyright free, not illegal content whatsoever, when we get this all up and running.

Don't be harsh. Spending your time here isn't much better, you know? At least he's making something useful for the public to use. So what if zombies don't ever invade the world, but just because you won't ever have to fight against a hoard of undead doesn't mean that you will never use the knowledge that some of these manuals will give you. You might still be in school and you might get the shit beat out of you sometime, and you might not have read any of those manuals and you might have been able to defend yourself in some way. My point is that sometime in your life, useless knowledge will become useful in one way or another. Don't be so quick to jump someone's ass next time.

You can watch videos on a lot of things. Just because you've watch porn doesn't mean you know how to please a woman. Maybe you didn't find the information useful Rambo, but i'm sure a regular citizen who has never handled let alone fired a weapon would find the information he provided very useful. I read through it and I thought he did a pretty damn good job gathering the information.

You know in uTorrent, you can choose which files to download and which not to, if it isn't all compressed at least.

I downloaded about 10 files that caught my eye. Only one has been completed so far (Military Pressure Points) and it's extremely informative. I downloaded it for more of a general knowledge than zombie defense, but it has taught me a lot already. For instance, I didn't know there is an artery right under the skin of the armpit.

You fail to realize that the zombie is not what people prepare for. It's everything else. Look at it this way, the zombie scenario is pretty much a metaphor for the worst possible thing that can happen to society, so if you're prepared for such a scenario, you're pretty much able to handle anything else. I'm sure people who lived through tornadoes, Katrina, earthquakes, tsunamis, can testify to that.

Absolutely! When society devolves into chaos, you need to know how to defend yourself. Bad situations tend to bring out the worst in people and you have to be ready to deal with that. You can't have hooligans breaking into your home or place of business taking what they want willy nilly. In the case of Katrina, it was really bad. Thugs were shooting at rescue workers and helicopters, stores and homes were trashed. It wasn't pretty.

There were hundreds, if not thousands, of people in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina who spent the whole ordeal hiding in their houses praying that roving gangs didn't stop by to rape them and loot them.

There were dozens, if not hundreds, of people who were not lucky enough to have that prayer answered. There were roving gangs going around raping people. They even tried to shoot down rescue helicopters. It was complete and utter chaos. So yes, somebody in a situation like Katrina absolutely should know how to use a firearm. Many lives could have been saved, many rapes and robberies prevented if the citizens would have had the tools and the knowledge to defend themselves.

Any idiot who wasn't living under a rock at the time should know that it was like that in New Orleans for nearly two weeks, and that it only got worse when the mayor "overrode" the first amendment and confiscated "everyone's" firearms.

Anyways, if you don't like this thread it's high time you get lost. You can either use the information, or ignore it (and hopefully need it tomorrow.) Either way, nobody wants your input at this point and you're turning into a troll.

Awesome stuff i looked at the tactical and self defense portions. I see it as being ready for some terrorist attack or invading country rather than zeds. Great stuff love it. YYou can never have to much survival or tactical knowleadge:)

This was actually made for a weapons board, but a number of zombie fanatics requested i post it on zombie related boards around the next.

Some zombie fans would like it for knowledge sake. Maybe they like a realistic look on a zombie invasion and this does it for them. The torrent has valuable knowledge which can help with basic survival to advanced college educations.

I don't care why anyone would want it, but almost 5,000 people have downloaded it or are in qeue. People want it, so I'm delivering. I'm in the process of making 11 more torrents (200gb of content) which builds on this and far, far more. In many cases it will take students through 4 years of physics, engineering, electronics, and med.

I see nothing wrong with preparedness. If this was a Vampire forum and you posted a non-comedy based survival guide, I'd question your motives (i.e. entertainment or your meds ran out).

But...since this IS a zombie forum, and humanity facing a global viral outbreak thats terminal...could, and probably would...turn in on itself (i.e. rioting, civil unrest, yadda, yadda, yadda), then your stratagies and advice might come in handy.

For the record, I haven't read your links yet. For all I know your survival tips could be:
1) Dress like a canine;
2) Bark at any passing zombie;
3) Approach said zombie; and
4) Urinate on said zombies leg, all the while humming the themesong to Sponge Bob Square Pants.

yes , and if you strike that artery hard enough ( think block with one hand/arm then strike with the other in a kind of back hand fashon ) it can cause that arm to become imoble for the remainder of the fight.
