Hello there everyone I'm glad to be here on all things zombie forums...

I guess I don't watch too many zombie films though I like reading them in comic books or novels about it...

I'm mostly here as I'm working on my own zombie piece and I'm looking for some alternatives on the traditional zombie, if anyone could help with this I would be most obliged...

I'm looking for the old zombie type (slow moving, bite and you're infected etc.) but I'd like some slight and scarier changes to them without changing them completely:)

Well, if you like liturature, Brian Keene's "The Rising" would be the first place to look.
Terrific novel with a nice little twist on the Zombie! Not for the feint of heart.

Also, if you haven't yet tried them yet, Max Brooks has some really cool stuff in his 2 publications.
