Well I checked and searched and I came up with nothing. So I guess this is the offical South Park thread!

I really enjoy this show a lot. This show started airing episodes on Comedy Central when I was in fourth grade. Now it is in its 12th season and is still funny. There are few animated shows that have been able to pull this off. Simpsons of course is still better a better show than South Park. Though not near as filthy as South Park can be.

Has anyone been watching the new season?

I have enjoyed the last few weeks episodes, especially the Heavy Metal Parody. Kenny gets addicted to getting high on cat piss :lol:

I agree that south park is one of the only shows that started funny and still is. Simpsons started redoing their own storylines so it got a bit old to me.

This new season is one of the best. When stans dad was takign the biggest poop, the sounds he made jsut had me rolling.

one of my favorite eps of all time is when the boys are playing cops and get to be junior detectives, and when they go to the rainforest for that song.

South Park is one of my all time favorite animated shows, besides Beavis & Butthead and The Simpsons. I've kept up with the new season of SP, and it still has funny shit after all these years. My favorite so far this season is the Canada on Strike! :lol:
My all time favorite South Park episode is the one when Jimmy & Timmy were in the Denver Crips! :lol:

My favorite character is probably Randy (Stan's dad) because he is always getting drunk and acting like an ass. :drinking:

Tomorrows episode sounds pretty funny too. Sounds like Cartman is going to get some authority.:lol:

South Park is my probably favorite animated show, and is close in line for favorite show ever.

Just saw the internet memes episode (don't know the name). If you keep up with memes, you'll probably die laughing!

So good.

Edit: I didn't consider the animes that I love in the animated shows, if they are included, South Park is within the top ten, not #1.

Behemoth, I think you missed the point... zmbvan was saying that South Park is still funny (going strong) after 12 seasons of being on the air... King of the Hill (12 seasons 1997-2008) is the only one, out of the three you mentioned, that equals South Park ... Futurama was canceled back in 2003, and Family Guy has only been around for 6 seasons... It was also canceled twice by Fox back in 2000 & 2002. :-|

Simpsons of course is still better a better show than South Park. Though not near as filthy as South Park can be.

Of course that's your opinion, and I can't fault you for that... I personally like South Park better than The Simpsons, because The Simpsons is a Family Oriented show, where South Park is geared more for the Adult audience... In that sense, South Park can explore avenues that The Simpsons can only dream about.

Great episode! Makes me excited to see next weeks episode. This season seems to be going pretty strong so far. Lets hope that the last two are as good as these ones.

Was never really a hardcore fan of South Park through the years. I mean, I thought it was a funny as hell show, but I never watched it unless there was just nothing else on. The wife absolutely LOVES the show, though, and we were lucky enough to run across all ten seasons at Target the day after Thanksgiving last November for $14.99 each! We ended up buying every season that day and I'm quickly discovering why this show is so respected. We both love the movie as well and I would be hyped up as hell if they would do a sequel!!

Well South Park is over till this October. I liked this last episode. I thought it was pretty hilarious and I haven't even seen Bank Job yet. The 12th season seems to be moving along quite nicely.

Last weeks episode was a long time coming. Cartman finally gets his ass kicked. :lol:

The previous week was pretty good too, but they all ready did that episode many seasons back. Steven Spielberg and George Lucas raping Indiana Jones and Cartman holds up a PF Changs with Butters. :lol:

Been watching the 12th season on Paramount Comedy, so far so good. I'll admit the first two episodes weren't magnificent - the 'Cartman Has AIDs' one had it's moments but didn't set the world alight, and the Britney one was guilty of being so satire-heavy that it didn't actually end up being fun to watch. It simply felt. like. a. statement.

Watched 'Cheesing' and 'Canada on Strike' the other night... classic South Park. The former was classic SP in it's simplicity, and it had Sammy Hagar! 'Canada on Strike' just killed me at the internet star melee. I lost it around the point Numa Numa started singing mid-scuffle, and then theres the prairie dog turning to face Chocolate Rain Guy.

And anything with Canada is just sold anyway. Keep it up Matt & Trey, it's infinitely better than the absolutely dire Simpsons.

Pandemic and Pandemic II: The Startling

Wow I really enjoyed these two episodes. The whole parody on Cloverfield was hilarious, "I am so... startled!" Plus, the fact that Craig was in both episodes was great because I haven't really enjoy a good Craig episode since Craig vs Tweek. Only a few more episodes left of the season and I hope they can pull off a few more epic episodes.

I loved last night's episode! It sucks that that was the last one for this season, but it was nice to see the Goths again. The funniest thing is that I have friends that are huge fans of those Vamp books like Twilight (although they dress like normal people), and I hope they see it soon.

I recently saw The Night of the Living Homeless episode, it was so f**king cool the amount of references to Night, Dawn, Day & Return in there. One of the coolest things about it was the use of the word CHANGE instead BRAINS, very clever:clap: I have'nt seen the zombie episode Pink Eye yet but will be watching for it.

They basically did a spoof of Dawn of the Dead 2004 & Return of the Living Dead... The main difference between 'Night of the Living Homeless' and 'Pink Eye' was NOTLH was making a statement about how US communities deal with the homeless problem... South park is my favourite Tv Show. Apart from the pathetic "Farts vs queefs" episode, this season has been pretty good.

"Fishsticks" being my favourite. Kanye West's reaction was priceless.

I first got the film (South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut) as a christmas present back in 1999 from my brother and since then i've loved South Park :) its quite clearly better than Simpsons, futurama and Family Guy.

Cartman has to be the best though surely??

Oh hell. My favorite show in the whole world.

My favorite characters are Kyle and Kenny. I love 'Pinkeye' where Kenny becomes a Zombie and Kyle has to cut him in half with a chainsaw, and I love 'Rainforest Schmainforest' where Kyle, Stan, Kenny and Eric mouth off one too many times and has to go on a Rainforest tour as a punishment, 'Hooked on Monkey Fonics' because it was adorable how Kyle fell in love with Rebecca, and I simply adore 'Tonsil Trouble' because Kyle finally get fed up and beats the living shit out of Cartman. XD

South Park is definitely one of the shows that will never, ever lose its originality. That show is awesome as hell. I always get a chuckle, even if it isn't one of my favorite episodes.
