Dual sided DVD problem....

I recently brought the dual sided edition of Mallrats, now, the only place the DVD has been in is either my portable DVD player.....the living room DVD player...and the case.

I put the DVD in the living room DVD player and it said "bad disc", so I took out and checked it to find the side covered in little "spots". They cant be wiped off..it looks like they've been burned on.

Ive only played the 2nd side of the DVD on my portable...did it do this to my DVD or what?

i had a cd case that did this to my baseketball movie and in the end i tried getting it resurface but it didnt work so i just broke down and bought another

I think those might be moisture spots. I have some of those on my dvds too... probably just a poorly made dvd... bastards
