This aint a zombie film but I really wanna no wat its called,

Does any1 no wat this film is

"A guy is in a Insane asylum and he keeps looking at a picture of a girl he wants to kill doing push ups waiting etc, then he tries to brake out they inject him with drugs and move him to a different hospital I think. He wakes up in the ambulance and hangs 1 guys head out of the back door till the roads cuts his head up etc; he then tries to stop the driver who pulls over and start beating him until the psycho grabs some scissors and stabs him.(Piano music playing)
He gets a huge steam truck a bit later and attacks a family in a little mini truck; the main sitting at the back of his lil truck flies onto the psychos truck and slowly slides under the truck, he looses his grip and gets crushed. Then my tape cut off does any1 no what film this it???"

Thanks

this may be off topic but, i saw a zombie move awhile back with the fast zombie ala Dawn of the Dead (remake). in this movie a man burns himself alive in an oven of some sort.

the heros go into a mourge and a half eaten corpse talks to them.

one of the heros is black guy. if that helps. i would very much like to know the name of this movie.

ok, i'll bite. even though i think this thread can easily become unmanageable (if more than one inquiry goes unsolved and posts start crossing...you can see it, right?). this "thread" should really be a subtopic under each movie type (one in "zombie talk", one in "horror movies/non-zombie", and one in "non-horror..."

but here's my mystery movie:

it's a b&w vampire movie from probably the 50's or 60's. the vampire comes to town to visit his relatives and "set up shop". they call him cousin belak (i think). i don't remember much else, except that he dies in a pit (maybe an open grave?) either falling onto a stake or falling in with the stake (i think the former).

anyone recall this one?

I remember being very young and laying on the couch one night. On the TV was a movie about teenagers who are in a museum at night and being chased by a big genie. Also there is a scene where a mummified corpse bites a mans fingers off.
This movie scared me out of my PJ's! What's it's name?

When I was about nine myself and my siblings all made a joint effort to con our dad into letting us get an M movie (or a 15 movie by UK standards.). It had these people, who go into a house, the house is haunted by evil spirits, and there's a bit where this gigantic battering ram with a lions face swings down (it was on ropes), and lops a guys head off - anyone know what it was called?

I think it was 'The Haunting', but I can't remember.

I have one that I've been trying to figure out for a while. This one is a comedy set in a haunted house (not Scary Movie 2) and it parodies many of the 1980's scary movies. One scene I remember is when the tall guy from Phantasm throws the metal ball and the main character pops up in a baseball uniform and hits the ball with the bat. Another scene he picks up a plastic Jack Nicholson mask, puts it on, and says, "So that's how they made all those movies." That's all I can recall from my traumatic childhood memories.

Ok, I’ve had this movie at the back of my mind for years and it’s a true mystery! Partly because I remember very little about this film as I seen it when I was pretty young. Anyway, all I can remember is that the film was a very bizarre 80’s vampire film! However, the teenager who the film was based upon may not have been a vampire. As in the final scene (the only part I actually remember) his grandfather rams a steak through his heart, while he sleeps. Now I don’t know if this means the kid was some kind of weirdo, who was actually sucking people’s blood for kicks and then his grandfather being the crazy fecker he was goes and kills him. What I know for sure was that the grandfather had a relatively big part in the film and it was a very strange film. Cheers for any help guys.

You see I thought it may have been Martin. I came across it on IMDb a few months back, but when I seen it didn't have a grandfather i really wasn’t to sure. But because it was so long ago, it may very well of been his older cousin! I'll check it out, thanks Freud.

I have two:

One is a zombie movie about some kids who put a symbol on their dads forehead after he dies... somehow, and comes back as a pale faced zombie that kills people. It's an extremely terrible movie I watched a long time ago.

The other one, which I'll bet no one knows about, is an old black and white movie about some people who find a severed head that hypnotizes everyone. The head would move it's lips and stare at people and they'd be hypnotized to do whatever the head... uh... tells them to do. I remembered the head creeped me out as a little kid so I turned it off after a while.

Need some help identifying a film I saw on video around 1983-1985. This was a Japanese (maybe Chinese) zombie comedy film. The only thing I can remember about the film was that the zombies could only see you when you breathed. The only scene I remember is two guys hiding in a closet witht a zombie right in front of them and the two guys holding their breath, trying to tickle each other to make the other breath.
This has been bothering me for a number of years now. I can't seem to find out the name of the movie. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. That was probably it. Interestingly enough I was looking through the ATZ movie list for a movie around that time period and found Mr. Vampire. From the information on IMDB I wasn't sure that was it. But I did find the following line in IMDB funny:
"MPAA: Rated PG-13 for vampire violence and some sexuality."

They have a have a special distinction for "vampire violence"???

Okay, I remember seeing this Horror movie about a wax-statue museum. (the title of the movie was something with "wax") People got kidnapped, got an injection and suddenly were wax statues (who were able to move). And later the museum got on fire and the wax of the wax statues melted off and they all turned out to be robots. The boss of the museum (the villain) turned out to be a robot too and changed his face and escaped.

As you already noticed, that movie was pretty wierd and incredibly messed up. And that's exactly why I'd like to know what it's called again. It was some Italian horror movie translated or remade (I am not exactly sure, it was a long time that I saw it) into English.

If anybody knows the title of this movie or something please tell me. Thanks in advance.

I was wondering about a flick I haven't seen in a long long time.

It has this kid that chopped this guys fingers who was wearing a suit and sunglasses, and the blood that came out was YELLOW? It also had a scene when he opened a small wooden box, and this huge-ass bug zipped out! I have no idea what the movie is called, nor what it was about. Can someone in the forums help me?

The stupidest thing ever filmed was the movie Voyer.com

I have one, what was the name of the movie about a spaceship that is orbiting around the moon and bizarre stuff starts happening when the moon rotates directly in front of the Bermuda Triangle and the ship right in the middle of it when the moon aligns with the earth and the Triangle. Great concept and it was a good movie, I even think it was a Full Moon movie but don't know the name.

Ok, this movie is an extreme suspense film, and you could tell that's all it focused on due to the lack of much of a plot among other things.

It was about a few 3-4 guys who break into a house and hold the family hostage. The girl of the family didn't get caught and she tries to help but she never really can. In one scene she was at the computer while the robbers were downstairs, and she tried going online, but the computer starting making noises like it was connecting to the internet and she held a pillow over it to try and drown out the sound. Another one was when the girl tried climbing out the window of the second story, and it showed a view from the spiked-tip fence on the ground up to the girl.

Hey guys, what's up? I'm hoping you guys are as hardcore into movies as I am. I've been thinking of this movie in my head, but can't remember the name. Here's what I remember.

There's this guy right, and his grandpa or some family member is dead, but still alive. He's a cowboy. And then you have this badguy, whose also dead but he's a cowboy too. Then at the end the guy in the movie has to go and face-off aginst this dead cowboy badguy.

Anyone know this movie?

Hey folks, I'm having a hell of a time trying to find the name of this movie that I enjoyed back in the eighties. It was about a young boy (may have been in Australia) that finds a monster living in a lake, and have to uncover how it got there etc. It comes up from the lake every X number of days, and eventually he figures out it's secrets.

So anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I asked about this somewhere - I looked and it appears it was NOT on this forum - unless I missed it. Does this sound familiar to anyone?:

Made - approx. late 1960s early 1970s - British

The film as I recall is about a biker gang. The leader discovers that if he kills himself - and believes firmly right up to the moment of death that he will return, without any second thoughts - he will return from the dead and will be immortal. So he does and gets his gang to do the same. They all do, and except one or two who panicked at the last moment (and didn't return) they were all immortal. Thats all I remember. It was silly, really, but I would like to know the title.

Of course someone found a way to stop them by the end of the film - I don't remember how.

Anyone recognize this movie from my vague description?

There are two black like 20 something year old brothers and their mom gets murdered and one of them is a geek/genious so he actually makes a bunch of make-shift super hero gagets and gear and stuff and becomes a superhero (obviously with no "actual" super powers) to find his mom's killers. He also makes this wierd robot thing that follows him around and at the end I think it blows up and also at the end I think some villian guy locks him and his brother in a glass container that starts filling up with water. That's all I can remember...

Which Nightmare On Elm Street film was this? All I remember is a scene when a bunch of teens are getting in a red convertible. The top comes up, the windows roll up and the doors lock, but the teens aren't doing anything. The kids were freaking out and the car zooms away with all the teens screaming. The mother at the door didn't see anything wrong with them, and then Freddy's hand grabs her and pulls her into the house in blood! Then the movie ends. Which one was it?

I'm looking for a comic book/horror/martial arts film. I think it was called 'the 3' or 'the 3 hero's'. Something like that, I've checked Imdb but cant come up with anything. It was broadcast on CNX in the UK about 4-5 years ago.

The plot revolved around the theft of babies but I can't really remember why. Towards the end of the film a baby gets dropped and it's head is impaled on a nail and in the final fight scene the bad guy becomes a skeleton and 'takes over' one of the 3 heros (all female) by wrapping his bones around her like an exoskeleton. Please help.

Hi,

I just started searching for a film I watched a couple of years back. It was an early '90s or even earlier film about a scientist who took corpses and turned them into leather clad zombie ninja warriors, but they shot him or got stolen by a gang/ the mob or something, and also killed the lead guy.

So the scientist does his work on the lead guy who goes around killing stuff.

There was an awe inspiring (read: Laughable) scene where the scientist is checking out his handiwork in a field, where the zombie crack asssault squad is shooting at and doing hand to hand combat with some targets or something.

Just wondering if you guys could help me out finding it, as google and a quick search of these forums don't turn up results.

Thanks in advance,

ok neither are necesarily zombie films but i bet you guys and gals are horror movie buffs in general so here goes...

Premise from what i can remember, this could be two movies or one, i saw it long long ago lol.

a guy traveling through hell or the desert in an icecream truck looking for his girlfriend who was abducted and taken to hell as i recall... dude acts kinda like bruce campbell in the movie i think. (figured this one out, its called Highway to Hell for those interested)

a kid who is trying to collect game pieces in a post apocalyptic world, the game pieces are to a game that is not supposed to be won, and the kid does it then gets in trouble with the post apocalyptic government who set the game up...

*edit* i meant two films not "to films" sorry!

please help before my head explodes, i have to own these two movies and to do that i have to figure out there names.... lol! im begging!

Chilv
Sounds like American Ninja 2. It's definitely not a horror flick. The scientist is resurrecting dead soldiers and "bringing them back" as Ninja's for purchase.Yeah, I believe it was part 2.

There's a film I've been looking for. I remember seeing a clip on a documentary about zombie flicks. The final (I think it's the final) scene shows a girl or a woman crawling into an attic, or a room of some sort in order to escape a zombie horde. She almost makes it, but she gets dragged back down. The film is definitely old, but as I only saw the clip fleetingly a long time ago, I can't recall how old. I guess it kinda looked like a hammer film (not plague of the zombies), but then again it could have been made in the 70s or 80s - it's been a while since I saw the clip. It's been driving me nuts! I can't even begin to imagine how to search for it. I can't exactly walk into Blockbuster and explain it. I've tried internet searches, everything.:x This film is definitely obscure. Can anyone please help?

Although there a lot of others out there as well.Enter Zombie or Undead as a search on ebay and you'll get hundreds of different movies. You might see something you recognise.

Alright here's another vague one...
I think this was on alot in the late 70s-early 80s...
but all I remember is two boys playing(?) on a tree that was hanging over a cliff, and I think one of them fell and died and then the parents or such were talking about it while the other one was there.
and (i thought it was the same movie) but a man standing on in a stairwell with bees flying into his mouth.
I can think of 2 films, but I don't think they accurately describe those scenes.
Lord of the Flies has a kid falling off a cliff onto some rocks. The Green Mile has a dude who inhales /exhales insects (????).

IThe other one, which I'll bet no one knows about, is an old black and white movie about some people who find a severed head that hypnotizes everyone. The head would move it's lips and stare at people and they'd be hypnotized to do whatever the head... uh... tells them to do. I remembered the head creeped me out as a little kid so I turned it off after a while.

That one was in an MST3K ep- I don't remember the name of the flick, but I bet if you went to a fansite you could find out. The Head That Wouldn't Die, or something like that...

ooh, don't think i ever caught Slumlord's original post. The Head That Wouldn't Die (a.k.a. The Brain That Wouldn't Die) was about the scientist's girlfriend being decapitated in a car accident, and he keeps her head alive in the lab.
The creepy head found and kept in a box, who moves his lips and hypnotizes people is from The Thing That Wouldn't Die.
Both movies were great Creature Features staples :)

I remember this great zombie film when I was a kid (well it seemed great at the time). In it these two guys (one black and one white) were on the run and they took fefuge up in some old factory. Well it was filled with Zombies and they had to kill them all. It seemed pretty high budget/high quality by Zombie film standards.

Not much to go on I know but if anyone can throw some titles my way I'm sure I'll recognise it if I track down some stills.

Ok, I seen this flick when I was a little kiddie and before I begin to give my description… it isn’t Wish Master haha.

Right I can only vaguely remember it, but anyone who’s seen this, what I think to be cheesy 80s film should remember. These crazy teens are given wishes, however after they have wished for money, cars, clothes and what not, these things begin to turn to shit. Yep real shit. There’s a scene I can remember quite clearly, with the couple in a fancy restaurant. They go to pay the bill, the kid pulls out a big wad of cash and slams it to the table, as he does it turns to shit, splattering over the waiters face. So does this sound familiar to anyone?

EDIT: Oh wait, got another one. I thought this flick was called Hell Cop, but I seem to have gotten the name wrong (after checking IMDb). There is a cop from hell patrols the back roads of a certain southern American town. The cop kidnaps our heros lovely lady, bringing her to hell. The kid amazingly finds a way to get to hell, by driving from one end of a road, turning back and driving to the next (something like that). He soon opens a portal to hell and all manner of madness unfolds. There’s a scene were I believe he goes to hells main domain and comes across the apple which eve bit into. Oh the Hell Cop is also burnt like a mutha and quite cool, if I do remember so.

Thank you folks.

so this film years ago when BBC or ITV did this horror show presented by this guy in cool demon make-up. It was on a double bill with Alligator.

The film was set in a city, New York possibly. And was about a large flying creature that killed peopel. You didn't see the thing though maybe at the end.

All I can kind of remember is the windowcleaner on a skyscraper. And the camera zooms into him with the creatures high pitched scream and it cut to black.

I have two movies. The first I have not seen. My friend saw it when he was little and recently told me about it. It involved some sort of killer baby on a plane or something like that. A second scene from the same movie involved a fluorescent green light seeping out from beneath a bed. This may have been a different film altogether, but he thinks it was the same flick. Any ideas?

The second film is one I saw when I was young. I don't think it was a horror film. It was more like a historical film or something along those lines. One scene involved men who were executed via a strange contraption. They stood on a platform high in the air, whilst armoured guards pushed them (either that, or they hacked at their legs with swords to make them fall) onto some long kind of slide-shaped blade, which lead down to a pit of spikes. The victims slid down from the lofty platform onto this giant knife-edged slide, and were impaled at the bottom. Sounds pretty grisly, and I can't imagine a non-horror film /old historical film depicting such acts, but this is what I remember. Either that, or my imagination as a child was totally warped...:loon:

Is it Journey to the Center of the Earth(1959) ?

It has primordial creatures who chase the main characters in a volcano, they escape when the lava builds up, killing the apemen, and lifts an ancient piece of stone they're sheltering in. There's also a giant lizard and other monsters.

Ok - I saw this movie when I was 4 or 5. I don't remember the name, I don't remember what year it might've been made, and I don't remember whose in it. BUT I do remember two things; one there's a scene where there are these green footprints going up the wall and on the ceiling. The father, I'm asssuming, inspects them after his freaked out children find them. He peels one from the wall and begins to laugh thinking it's a joke and then he goes "Boogety-Boogety-boo!" or something like that. And that brings me to the other thing I remember; whatever it is attacking people in the movie says the exact same thing but has this maniac laughter that follows.

I've checked out a few possible movies, including the slasher "The Boogeyman" and a few others that might've been it but came up empty. I do know it's an older movie, probably early to mid 80's and other than that...I got nothing. Help.

OK let's see...this is random and obscure...

There was this really cool Tales From the Crypt short I saw when I was, I dunno, 8-10 years old, maybe older. Anyway it was really cool. It was about these two adopted boys. They both had secrets. One was a vampire and the other a werewolf. I can not remember the name of the story/episode. Can anyone help or will I continue living without ever finding out the name. I thought they were adopted children, I dunno, I just remember a huge mansion and kids...

Is it Journey to the Center of the Earth(1959) ?

It has primordial creatures who chase the main characters in a volcano, they escape when the lava builds up, killing the apemen, and lifts an ancient piece of stone they're sheltering in. There's also a giant lizard and other monsters.

"That's not it, sorry. Journey to the Center of the Earth is one of my favorites movies. I've seen it so many times its practually burned into my brain."

"But you got the right time of production. A lot of movies like that came out around the same time."

"I think know the episode your talking about. An old couple, living in a big beautiful mansion, end up with both children. I think this link may help you figure out which episode it was."

It's called Mr. Boogedy, and it was actually a made for TV flick that scared the living piss out of me when I was young. I've been waiting for years for this to come out on DVD, but still no luck yet. Here's the IMDB link:

Hey Gang-

You all look like pretty knowledgable zombie-philes, so you'll probably be able to help me out with this. I'm trying to remember the name of a movie I saw eons ago. It was black and white and grainy, and was subtitled, I think. I remember that it was very quiet. The plot was that a guy's son (grown son) died and the father did some kind of ritual or something to bring him back to life. Then when he did, the son was an evil zombie, so the father had to kill the son all over again. The title, was (I think) a one-word phrase that meant "damned by god." I'm surprised I remember as much as I do, since it was seriously, at least 10 years ago that I saw this movie. Of course, I could be mish-mashing a bunch of zombie movies together in my head. I searched imdb with a zillion permutations of what I remember but I couldn't find it. Can anybody here please help me out?

Thanks-

Cookie

Thank you VERY much!!! Sounds like a lot of people actually like this movie, one of those should be out on DVD but isn't. Damn. Oh well at least I can download it somewhere. :) Oops, I've said too much **runs away with a wooden spoon**.

Looking for a book about zombies that I read probably before 1980. It had a scene in it where the people put up an electrical fence/field that protected them from some zombies. It ran on some generators.

I believe it had a scen were a zombie bites a lady in her privates.

It set in a rural area and is a shorter novel...NOT a short story.

I believe it started with a recently dead body at a funeral home, being put down. They did this when the people died.

I know it is vague, but I know I read it too.

I believe it ended with them not knowing if a baby was alive or a zombie.

OK I've asked all my mates but no-one has heard of this film!
Its a 70's zombie flick that I saw when I was a nipper about 6 or 7??!! Set in the states, all I can remember is the zombies wear sunglasses and go out through the day. The lead character looked  like Paul Michael Glazier. His Mrs turns into a zombie, he vaccinates himself and escaopes in a helicopter!
Not very good info but can anyone help with the name of it, its driving me nuts!!:x

When I was a kid, late 80's-early 90's, I remember seeing a movie on HBO or Cinemax where a bunch of teens and a leprechaun are stuck in a mall. What I remember is when one of the nerdy teen guys wanted the hot chick, and the leprechaun granted him a wish and he nailed her or somethin.

Does anyone know what movie Im talkin about? I looked thru the Leprechaun series on IMDB and can't find it.

"It sounds familiar, I'll see if I can remember it. But it doesn't sound like 'Night of the Comet' to me. I know that one by heart, and both the lead characters were female."

I remember hiding behind the couch and trying to sneak a peak at a movie my parents were watching when I was young. The only thing I remember was one of the bad guys is standing on a ledge and a helicopter blade cuts his legs off and he dies. For some reason, I think the bad guy was dressed like a cowboy?? It was probably a 1980s flick. Any clues?

I saw part of one on TV 15 or 20 years ago. If memory serves, it was about a group of either high school or college students who had to spend the night in a mausoleum. The corpses bashed their way out of the walls and attacked the kids. Any ideas?

I just watched One Dark Night on one of the movie channels, it was fairly similar though I don't know if it was the one you're thinking of Chewy:

That was Timerider with Fred Ward playing a motocross rider named Lyle Swan who gets lost and rides into a time displacement test area, gets zapped back to the 1800s. Peter Coyote is the guy who gets chopped up by the helicopter at the end. There are two endings to that film, one with the chop chop scene and one without.
