I just picked this series up recently. The first episode started off VEEEERRRRY cheesy, even in comparison with the rest of the show. I must admit that I do enjoy this series for some reason, although the action is a bit fake and much of it seems borrowed from other sci-fi shows that came before it. Perhaps it's the gorgeous women in skimpy clothing or the sexual undertones that do it for me. Any other fans out there?

You know when I used to watch this when I was a kid I used to think it was Burt Reynolds in the 21st Centuary. Bizare, maybe that's why I liked it.

Yeah, she was my first crush, too... I think she still looks well today. :)

Good show. I think I preferred this to the original BATTLESTAR GALACTICA, when I was a kid... but I was so young. I probably hadn't fully developed taste.
