Transformer (http://www.transformer.co.jp/) is scheduled to release William L. Stewart (http://www.myspace.com/williamlstewart)'s American sci-fi/horror movie The Men Who Fell on sale DVD (TMSS-073; NTSC, region 2, in English) in Japan on December 21st, under the title "Biohazard X" ("Baiohazādo X"); the DVD is available for pre-order from CD Japan. Lonely Seal Releasing (http://www.lonelyseal.com/) (LSR) is the international sales agent for the movie.

The screenplay for The Men Who Fell was written by Ignatius Fischer (http://www.myspace.com/ignatiusfischer). The movie stars Brendan Guy Murphy, Ike Stielstra, Kimberly Parmon (http://www.myspace.com/kimparmon), Ben Naasz, Sarah Kelly Stewart, Dennis Farris (http://www.myspace.com/effectsdroid), Santiago Craig (http://www.myspace.com/gosantgo12000), Angelo Lopes, Julio Garcia, James Rundel, Michael Peterson, Roy C. Patterson (http://www.myspace.com/roycpat), Spencer Dooley, Jackie Lee James (http://www.myspace.com/jackieleejames), Clint James (http://www.myspace.com/clintjames1), and Wendi Wendt (http://www.myspace.com/wendiwoo).

Here's a synopsis for The Men Who Fell from the production: "Two convicts, held in an orbiting detention facility above a post-apocalyptic earth, are hired by mega-corporation Hunsinger to perform a risky salvage mission down on the planet. They land, and work their way into a gigantic underground industrial complex, following a map to their ultimate destination, to retrieve and salvage... the item. Being prisoners, they are given little info, and are given credit toward early release as payment. They get more than they expected, and things go from bad to evil."

Those who are interested in The Men Who Fell may also wish to check out Ricardo Ribelles' Spanish sci-fi/fantasy B-movie tribute The Baron Against the Demons (El Barón contra los Demonios), which Transformer released on sale DVD (TMSS-060; NTSC, region 2, English dubbed) in Japan on September 7th, under the title "Star Troopers" ("Sutā Turūpāzu").
