I'm making gelatin

I was wondering after I'm done making it how do I store it? Because I think that's why I had trouble last time because I didn't store it properly also how long is it good?

So I take it you can store it at room temperature afterwards? Or what? bleh I'm trying to remember what we did on the movie set

I am guessing that keeping it in the fridge cant hurt it.

I suck at making Gelatin and my kid loves it too when it's made right. When ever I make it and i fail at it recently she's started to give me this disgusted look.:-(
