I'm doing a radio show of Night, and putting together various radio transmissions from the film (and maybe a few brief ones from others, if prudent) that myself and others in the station with read.

The only script I can find (http://www.script-o-rama.com/movie_scripts/n/night-of-the-living-dead-script.html) isn't labeled for characters, nor is it accurate to the final version of the film.

Anyone got any other stuff I could use?

You guys can listen online when it's finished, by the way. I'll post the link once I get the whole show together.

As far as I know, the script revisions were done on set and no script with the changes was ever printed. I don't think they ever had the budget for it.

Thanks. I have this, among a few other projects, going to raise awareness and interest in the filming locally. As a part of the radio station, I figured I might as well do something.

I don't expect an ORIGINAL script, consider all of the revisions. I just thought that, maybe, someone had seen another version of the final script, if nothing else.

Don't know if this will be of much help, but you can try this: http://home.comcast.net/~axlish/NOTLD68scriptframes.htm

I'm looking forward to hearing your show.

Sounds like a great idea to me! I can't wait to hear it when it's finished! :)

Thank you very much for the kind words and the help. I had an aweful night last night (arrested for letting my friend drive my car after drinking), and was considering not doing the show. You've really made me feel better about it. I appreciate it.

I'll post a link to the station's website and info to listen online once I'm sure I've got everything finished and we're gonna air it. Thanks again.

Well, I did the show today. I cut it down to a half hour special, a couple of songs in between stuff I pre-recorded, some stuff I did after condensing a lot of the radio broadcasts. More or less, I "interrupted" a radio show to interview Ben after an accident at Beekman's Diner, and continued with follow up stories until there came a place for Chief McClelland's interview. It was fun, but nothing too outrageous. The radio station and it's production lab is in shambles, none of the computers even have internet anymore, if they work at all (2 of the 4 that were there last year don't). I worked with what I could.

Thanks for that link again.

The station doesn't record their shows, they leave it up to the individual show owners to do that if they want. Like I said, the station's in disarray. It's sorta sad. I still have all the files. If I can get them off the server and put them into a ZIP next week when we do our usual weekly slot, I'll post it.

You could do a radio play like Orson Wells did with War Of The Worlds. Just a thought anyway.:)

That's sort of what I modeled it after (intro, announcement, quick theme, and then several fake interviews and news broadcasts interrupting music segments).

Do you have a copy or tape. I'd like to listen to it. You of course probably know that War Of The Worlds was broadcast on Oct 31st 1937. Yep on Halloween.:) I was going to listen to my copy of War Of The Worlds on Halloween but maybe If I can I'll listen to your Show I'll do that instead.

Hey, guys.

Usual time, usual slot, 10pm-12am on Tuesdays.

Tonight, we have the pleasure of bringing in Halloween, so we're doing a Halloween-themed block of music from 10 to 11, then airing the Night program for a half hour, and then a friend is coming in to play live music at 11:30. At midnight, we'll count down to Halloween. Screw New Years. This is much cooler.

Use "Listen Live." The show is going on right now, and the Night presentation goes on at 11. Jordan will play around 11:30.

Listen in, please!

I was unable to listen live. Is there any way I can still hear this? :-(

We've been recording all our shows this semester, so when we go in to mix them all down and put them onto CD, I'll be sure to post that one here. Our friend who played that night was excellent, as well.
